If there was small print I didn't see it. I dropped off a small quilt and they took the coupon and I left. I picked up the quilt today and was told it was $21. I said I though it was taken care of by the coupon. I was told in a rather condescending manner that what I had cleaned didn't qualify but that it was half price. The quilt looks fine and I'm sure I got a good value but I feel like I was given misguided information as no one told me at check in that the price would be half. I would have been happy about that but now I feel like they withheld that information. I also asked what the benefits would be of downloading their app (except the $5 coupon) and was told that there was no benefit. Why would anyone bother? Be careful with this company!

So I went to Dee's and the attendant advise me what size machines to put him into to wash and dry him properly. The laundromat was nice, clean, roomy, cozy and of course warm. So I found a corner and put in the machine and camped out for awhile. The machines accept credit cards and coins which is great. The process was so simple and easy and my stuffed draft stopper came out PERFECTLY CLEAN AND DRY. For my 1st time going to Dee's I truly recommend them. This was was nice and the staff was very helpful. Bud is thankful for the wonderful cleaning and treatment from Dee's.
