All of this argument during the session time. Her colleague came and talked to her while the door is open and the session was ongoing. New client came during the session, the masseuse left me and greeted him. As she was in hurry to finalize my session . She started to change the blanket while I wear my clothes. I scheduled a 60 minute massage at their facility in Williamsville a couple weeks later (at a discounted rate of $65). I did appreciate that they had Sunday hours available. I arrived 5 minutes early , the facility was kind of difficult to locate , as Google maps had a hard time locating the exact location . After waiting in the room for about 10 minutes , to ensure I was in the right location , I entered the suite where my massage was going to take place , the owner was still performing a massage service. It was extremely awkward , I wouldn't have entered had it not been 10 minutes after my scheduled time and I heard voices, so thought maybe there was a desk I was supposed to check in at on the other side of the door . Turns out , the therapist was just behind schedule (due to the other clients arriving late , they also had difficulty finding the location ) so I was not forgotten, but next . Thankfully, I was not on a tight schedule, but was kind of thrown off guard by the whole thing . I will say that the room where the massage took place was cozy . The therapist , D. Katherine, applied perfect pressure and even used some peppermint drops on the pillow as I was just recovering from sinus issues. I was able to relax and get a nice treatment . Overall , I would consider using this facility again , but hoping the whole experience is more punctual in the future .

She always makes me feel comfortable, beautiful and happy. I look forward to my appointments with her not just because of how it makes me look but because I love just chatting with her! I've also tried the 'lash lift' with Kim and love it, I couldn't believe the difference it made. Last week I had my very first facial ever with Kim and I was totally blown away, as soon as it was over I was thinking of wanting to book another appointment. I did have a very slight problem and could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and caring resolution. I have found that you find out the true 'core beliefs' of a business when something doesn't go as expected and The W Spa has once again proven to me that they truly care about their customers. You won't have to worry about parking, as there is ample space throughout the entire area. The MTOB office has a few rooms available for different massage services. I've been in once for a couples massage and once most recently for a cupping service. 10 minutes of cupping is said to be the equivalent of 90 minutes deep tissue massage in relation to releasing toxins. My therapist Maria told me that she tries to not leave marks on her clients but I requested that she go hard on me, marks and all. Maria has a lot of awareness and is conscious of her clients' reactions during a treatment. She knows when to go hard and when to scale it back, without you having to say a word. This, to me, is a sign of a true professional. The treatment rooms were very luxurious, calm, peaceful, and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the signature massage oil and eucalyptus aromatherapy which immediately calmed me down, as I was a total spaz on my last visit. One of the hard things about spa treatments for me is jumping back into the world after experiencing such relaxation. Leaving the MTOB facility and stepping into the adorable, wooded parking lot was such a gentle way to ease back into things without losing my serenity.

I wish I was aware of that prior to going into the session. The receptionist was not very friendly and spoke softly so she was hard to understand. It may have been her first day because she was working with another person, but I feel that she could have verified what my appointment was so that I could have confirmed prior to me getting the hour massage and thereby having to pay for the full service. Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!! The massage employees would shift out and in, so that did make it a little bit more difficult to keep a regular person, which I could understand may frustrate someone. I don't mind swapping up and having someone different, so this wasn't a big deal to me.
