Horrible service. We came to look for 2 black ao dai for funeral. Then lady gave me the bag and…read moretold us to find the size myself with so much attitude. She raised the price up to $50 for a solid black ao dai versus $25-35 as I overheard she told other people earlier with similar fabric. I spent all that time looking for the sizes already, didn't want to waste those time so reluctantly bought them. She said she can adjust the length of pants for us. Then I came back to cut the pants shorter. 3 women there gave me the attitude look. One of them didn't look at us but told my sister to measure for me without any instruction; then told us to come back in a bit. When we picked up, they asked for tailor fee, which they said it came with the purchase of ao dai we bought. And we had to measure ourselves. Horrible experience. After this, I found out so many ao dai places with very competitive price and way nicer experience. NEVER come back

Posted on Facebook and friends approved my new taste in fashion. I even bought a pair of pants to go with the color. Came back this Monday to find the store closed earlier than the schedule. No signs of why. Okay. Granted. It was day 2 of the new year. Came back today to find the long shirt I tried. Couldn't find it. So, I asked an employee. There were 4 seamstresses and a lady putting away new arrivals. She's the only person that spoke some English. She gave me an impression of "can't you see I'm busy" and said "it can be anywhere." Yeah. Okay. I found one I liked and asked for price. She said $65. Uh? Before new year, it was $75. Other store would sell me similar fabric with different designs for $60. I don't like the way they do business. A Vietnamese lady walked in wanting to try a colorful áo dài that was hanging up high. She first spoke English. Then, changed to Vietnamese. I didn't pay attention to what happened. But as I was leaving, she disappeared. I hope she got what she needed. I'm out of here.

I've been coming to this thrift shop for years with my mom, and it used to be one of our favorite…read moreplaces to go every week. Unfortunately lately it's become really discouraging to even come in because of the terrible customer service from one particular older employee at the front register. Every interaction with her comes with an attitude for absolutely no reason. The first time I checked out with her, I bought a piece of glassware from the 75% off rack and she refused to give me the discount even though that's where it was clearly placed. I let it go because it was only a few dollars and honestly I didn't want to deal with more attitude. Another time I was there, even another customer told her she seriously needed to work on her customer service skills because of how rude she was being to everyone. Today was probably my last time coming here. I found two tops I wanted to buy that were already tagged and out on the sales floor. One was an Anthropologie top for $6 and the other was $5. When I got to the register, the same employee started complimenting the Anthropologie top and then suddenly said she needed to "go ask something." My mom and I already knew what was happening because we come here often and have noticed certain higher-value items mysteriously disappear once employees notice the brand name. She came back and told me they "couldn't sell" me the top because it was Anthropologie -- even though it had already been priced, tagged, and placed out on the rack for customers to buy. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's honestly sad because this place used to feel like a fun community thrift shop, but now it just feels unorganized and unfair. Between the rude customer service and employees pulling items once they realize they might be worth more online, it really feels like this place is going downhill.

I don't get to go thrifting very much, but when I do, I love a good bargain. They were cute slingback wedges and they were a bargain. Watch the quality. These shoes were great, but there was a construction issue (remember, these are donated). Nothing a little shoe glue couldn't fix. But at six bucks and a little bit of shoe glue for a paire that could've easily cost a hundred brand new, definitely worth it.
