Pretty disappointed with this place...all things from the beginning basically didn't happen like they mentioned. First, items would be in 2 weeks and alterations thereafter. I picked my outfits out in September for a Thanksgiving week wedding, so I should've been fitted and clothing home by the latest beginning of November. He did take many measurements over the many, many visits. Items didn't come in 2 weeks, it actually took about 6 weeks or so, unless they lied to me. I say this because the day I called in November they were like they just arrived yesterday, sus. How convenient it just showed the day before i called! So when items came in we did a fitting and he labeled what needed altering, we did fit and sit test. And most things passed the test except some needed to be let out since I am bigger at the waistline. Getting my items worked on was the next debacle, come Thursday, sorry couldn't get to, come Monday, sorry we went out this weekend and couldn't get to, come Thursday come Saturday. I get their Saturday and it looked like he just started working on them. He says 10 minutes and he will be done...30 minutes later Im like I don't want him to rush and mess up something, so I came back 3 hours later. Tried one outfit and it fit and he was like rest are the same so no need to try as they are the same...this was my bad and that I have had such a bad experience I took his word...now i sit here at this event scared that I am going to pop the stitches out, so instead of letting out the hem he seemed to do the opposite...will never use this place again.
