This guy denies doing work for me, but I proved it to him. He has an employee who is apparently doing work and not reporting it to his boss. He's the guy who is using the wrong sized wire - that's why the owner is unaware. I see other reviews for his business with similar complaints. He's just a guy trying to build a business, and is doing the best he can, but he doesn't really get the concept of treating the customer right. So I decided to remove the old light switch, which was a motion light switch. Not turning off the circuit breaker for that light switch caused me to accidentally short the circuit and I lost power to the switch. There is a 79$ diagnostic fee if I don't use them to fix the problem and up to $250 read more

PS, if your intent is for an EV charger installed, make sure to mention that. I made the mistake of just telling him to install a 14-50 NEMA plug as I originally wanted to install that EV charger myself but realized that it was slightly complicated and I didn't have the confidence to wire the charger plug to the system on my own. If I had mentioned that on the get-go, Alex would have directly wired the charger to the main panel for a better Amp rather than a NEMA plug. But all good.
