Honest Review - Dr. Jeppson and his staff are by far the best experience I have had with any Doctor or Dentist ever. I had several opportunities to interact with Dr. Jeppson and his staff before I became a patient at his practice - I work in a professional setting that involves a lot of customer service, and I can honestly say that each and every time I interacted with him or a member of his staff they were extremely friendly and wonderfully easy to work with. That same hospitality and kindness is reflected in his office at each step - setting the appointment, paying the bill, and even the dental work itself. One thing that I have really noticed is that before he examines my teeth or starts the work he sits down and has a real conversation with me and actually knows who I am and it doesn't feel like forced conversation. With each visit I feel a stronger sense of community as they get to know me and I get to know them. I appreciate that before any work is done he goes over what he recommends and lays out all of my options and costs so I know exactly what will happen and how much it costs. More than anything I am a fan of him and his staff. They are honest, considerate, patient, and down to earth. I have had minor work done at this office and no complaints. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist! I went in to Jeppson Dental for a routine cleaning. They found something unusual in an x-ray and thought it could be a sign that I needed to get a root canal. Because they did not have the 3D specialized technology needed to correctly diagnose the problem, they sent me to a specialist. And luckily they did! Turns out I needed a root canal. I am so glad Dr. Jeppson was truly looking out after my needs. Had he not used his expertise to identify the problem and had my best interests in mind, I would be in much pain and loss. After the root canal, I went back to Jeppson for a crown which was done very well. Not only are the staff at Jeppson Dental very professional, they are friendly too. From the secretary to the hygienist to Dr. Jeppson himself--I was very impressed. I've never had such good conversation with a dentist/dental hygienist. Other perks about Jeppson: AWESOME massage chair you can sit in while you wait for your crown to be formed. TV right above your head so you can watch whatever you want while being cleaned. My family (w/4 kids) has been going to Dr. Jeppson for over a decade--even before he was in his current office. We have always been extremely happy with his professionalism and knowledge when dealing with regular check-ups and cleanings, cavities and even dental emergencies. I especially appreciate how well he works with young kids and how comfortable he makes them in what can typically be a very scary experience for little ones. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Jeppson always takes the time to answer any concerns and never makes me feel rushed. His staff is very pleasant to work with from beginning to end. They have gotten to know me and my kids and have shown they genuinely care about other things going on in our lives. They have truly made us feel like family! Not only have we never waited more than a few minutes to be seen but he also has the staff to have several of my children going at once, which saves me lots of time--which I desperately need. Ever gone to the dentist and get stuck behind 5 other people waiting for their appointments? Well, kiss that experience good bye! Dr. Jeppson's office is such a pleasant place to get your pearly whites in tip-top shape. In fact, the wait time is so ridiculous fast, I don't know why they even have couches in the waiting room--better yet, why even have a waiting room? Every time I go there, I check in and take a seat on the couch but before I could even pick up a book and turn the cover, I'm already being called to the back! The staff is very friendly and they make sure your experience is as pleasant as it can be. They'll answer any questions you might have and they'll work with your insurance. Also, Dr. Jeppson is attentive, kind, and has a very light hand during procedures. Best part, Dr. Jeppson is mindful of the community. Dr. Joe Jeppson is wonderful! He's a great dentist and a very kind and caring person. My husband and I have been going to him for three years since moving to Utah, and with every visit, we find more reasons why we're so happy with him. I'm a big baby when it comes to any dental issue whatsoever, so having Dr. Joe as my dentist, helps me to not be so scared. We love the fact that he never suggests any additional, unnecessary procedures. He's all about keeping our teeth & gums healthy and watching for possible future problems. The staff is always so nice, and we feel like they go out of their way to take care of us. We never have much of a wait at appointment time, and they always accommodate our schedules. The office is absolutely beautiful, but most important is Dr. Joe & staff. My dad always asks why we drive two hours to visit our dentist, and it's always easy to answer. I don't even know how long I've been going to Jeppson Dental because it's been so long! I went to him after NOT having gone to a dentist for 10 years due to a horrible experience at the last one I went to. I was nervous, but within minutes I remember I was relaxed because he and his staff were so calming and friendly. Dr. Joe took an immediate interest in why I hadn't been to a dentist for 10 years and from that point on he had my trust. When I needed an old crown replaced, I couldn't believe I didn't have to go home with a temporary one! I got it right then and there and it was great! And later that night I got a personal call from Dr. Joe asking me how it was feeling. Who does that?! Dr. Joe does! He is awesome in every way possible and I have 100% confidence in him and his staff. They are all terrific, friendly and know what they are doing. Dr. Jeppson and his staff are amazing. I have been to several dentists and he has been the best one by far. All of his employees are caring and nice starting right at the front desk. They make you feel comfortable, and are very honest about your teeth. Dr. Jeppson is NOT a dentist that will do work just to make an extra buck. He is always honest and truly wants to do what is best for you. Dr. Jeppson also has the new, up-t-date equipment to better suit his patients needs while staying up with the current technology. Dangit! I've finally found a dentist that I don't hate going to see. Like a lot of people, for me, going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience and can be filled with no small amount of anxiety. However, Jeppson Dental has completely obliterated that stereotype. Everyone there is happy, proficient, and clearly love what they do. Dr. Jeppson uses state-of-the-art tech, helps me feel at ease, and clearly cares about me as a patient. Since moving to Provo, I've been to 3 different dentists trying to find one I was comfortable with. Jeppson Dental definitely takes the cake! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offer you water when you walk in and allow you to watch TV so you are comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Jeppson was so kind and patient with me when I would cringe. He would wait a couple minutes before continuing and would help me relax. Afterwards, the ladies at the front desk would walk me through all the steps and processes of my insurance and would lay it out clear. I went in yesterday for my first visit at Jeppson Dental. I was searching for a good dentist for quite awhile. I read some reviews and decided to check it out. I am SOOO glad I did. My visit was great! The facility was really nice, the staff was very kinda and happy (even at 8:00am) and most of all, Dr. Jeppson is awesome. He was completely honest and upfront with me. He told me what I needed to hear and how I could save the most money. Most dentists I have encountered only care about getting the most money out of me that they can. That was not the case at all at Jeppson dental. They really cared about me and my teeth and not my money. After a dental trauma with several cracked teeth and an emergency root canal, Dr. Jeppson has been there to help restore my teeth. He cares. That could be my whole review, but it is not enough. I could not say enough good about Dr. Jeppson or his staff. I have had a mouth full of problems for years and have seen 3 different densest in the past 6 years. All of them said they cared about me and getting my teeth fixed. They all said that fixing my teeth would help with other health problems, but I felt like they were more interested in my money than my teeth of health. This could not be farther from the truth with Dr. Jeppson. He truly cares about me, my health and my smile. And thanks to him, I am smiling again. I was referred to Dr. Jeppson when I had some pain from a bad root canal a previous dentist had messed up. I have major anxiety so it was only an extreme amount of pain that forced me to go, but as soon as I walked into the office I was put immediately at ease. The decor is comfortable and inviting and the staff treated me like an old friend. (It helped that Gilmore Girls was playing on the TV above the chair while they were cleaning my teeth!) Then, as I met with Dr Jeppson, he immediately found the problem and gave me options on what I could do about it. He was kind and clear and helped me get my teeth fixed and out of pain. Dr. Jeppson has been my dentist for over ten years, and I have recommended him to several friends. His office culture is relaxed and pleasant, and he is always positive and personable. Recently I phoned his office to schedule an appointment for a toothache, and they squeezed me into his schedule that morning. Dr. Jeppson is highly competent and keeps up to date with the latest and best dental technologies. Most importantly, he has the best interests of his patients in mind. Dr. Jeppson is simply AMAZING! I met him on a Sunday night when he was the only dentist who accepted to look at my teeth after I had slipped on some black ice and fallen face first on the asphalt. He met me past 10pm on Sunday, helped put my tooth back to place and I have been seeing him since to get my smile back. He is extremely nice, calm, patient and funny. I am TERRIFIED of dentists but I just feel relaxed in his office. The staff is super friendly and professional and the facility is clean and nice too!
