I enjoyed how they operated and…read moreworked with customers, but I moved to OK 2 years ago and since then, my new agent raised my insurance rate twice unprompted & without warning. I called the Farmers customer service to fix the rate and they had it lowered $130, my agent over charged me an extra $130 (over $300 for 1 van + renters insurance). After it was fixed and I was refunded my agent again raised my insurance by $90, so when they called to renew my yearly policy I told them I wasn't going to renew with them again. I switched the Gieco and the next month started and my old Farmers agent was still trying to bill me $220 for a policy I canceled. I had to again call customer service to get if fixed and finalized. I enjoyed Farmers Insurance, but not the agent I had in Oklahoma City, OK.

At my renewal on the second year I found out she no longer worked for this company. I spoke to a gentleman that was taking care of her accounts. About six months later tried to contact this gentleman about a claim and was told someone else was now handling my account. I tried to contact the new agent but no replies to my calls? It seems MWI Insurance is glad to speak with you to take payments but that's as far as it goes. I now have a different agency and agent that at least act like they want my business...
