This is a cute little ice cream place in Mount Juliet. They have lots of options for different flavors and concoctions! I love the mint and chocolate combinations, my kids go for more of the fancy ones. They even have seasonal flavors and regularly change up the options. Service was great I asked for dairy free options and the ladies were kind enough to give me a menu of the dairy free options! My husband and I tasted 3 flavors and we love them all: piña colada, coconut and cake batter. I ended up with a small cup with three flavors that consisted of cherry piña colada and coconut, and he got a medium cup with cake, batter, piña colada and coconut ... This is one of the new spots in MJ to get ice cream. I was skeptical about what to expect with the mixing of italian ice and ice cream because they don't seem like they belong together. That said, this place is delicious and totally worth checking out. In a town with your generic spots, it's worth trying this place out because it's different. The atmosphere is great because you can eat in or outside. It can be very busy, been a few times and each time been super busy. Price wise, on par with most ice cream shops. Visited on 7/2/2024 with my niece, was recommended that we try them by a friend in Charlotte. It's a cute ice cream and Italian Ice spot. I did try the gelati which is a layered Italian ice and soft serve ice cream with toppings, I had the strawberry shortcake it was good however as flavor goes the strawberry Italian Ice was really good compared to the ice cream. Next time I will definitely try just the Italian Ice. My niece however LOVED the mix of ice cream and Italian ice. Next time I'll do a small the medium is a lot!! (Which is great for the price) Service was quick and they answered all the questions with no problem! I was craving a sweet treat so I convince the fiancé to go at 9pm. The kids that work there are super nice and helpful. The shop is small with a few tables inside and out. We picked ours up and devoured it in the car before we even got home (5 mins). They have their standard flavor combos but also have seasonal ones - I obviously got the pumpkin spice one. Duh. If you want good Italian ice, they've got it. But that's where the enjoyment stops. Horribly rude staff! One of the worst experiences we've ever had as far as service goes. A red haired girl and brunette were extremely rude to our group. The hours state 10pm and we came in at 845. They had all the garbage cans turned upside down indicating they didn't want us there. We weren't the only group either. We ordered politely, and tipped very well to attempt to make them smile. No emotion. We even said "great job" but not even a thank you. They turned the lights off on us at 9:05 and said "we close at 9 Google is wrong" the door sign also says 10. Hey I get it, if you're a high schooler, or just out of high school, you want to get out early and get to your night, but basically kicking people out without saying a word left us speechless. No matter how tasty the product is, you had better change your culture or you'll be known for your crappy service and no one will go there. Horrible. read more

A young lady with red hair didn't even greet us when we got to the counter waiting to order. She just stood there looking at us. We ordered two large build your own with blue razz Italian ice, and she automatically thought we just wanted a giant cup of blue razz. When we order the blue razz we never have to say we want the one that comes with vanilla custard. After she had brought out the order, we asked if those aren't supposed to come with the custard and her immediate response was "You ordered Italian ice" with a snarky attitude. She didn't make any attempt to remediate the situation. We got our cups and left and now we are finding a piece of plastic in the Blue razz that was almost a choking hazard. read more

Y'all my mind is blown literally I had a brain freeze also I couldn't comprehend how you can mix Italian ice and soft serve ice cream like what?! Any who the lovely lady behind the counter was super nice and patient with me as I figure what to order and what to try. Both the soft serve and Italian ice was delicious. I got the cookies and cream and strawberry ice. I was trying to make a chocolate strawberry ice cream but the cookies and cream sold me after a first bite I forgot about the chocolate ice cream. It's a very chill place (see what I did there LOL) not a lot of seating but plenty for a couple of groups. There are plenty of parking available. This is going to be a regular stop for me when I'm near by. Definitely going to comeback! read more

We went to Jeremiah's twice while I was in Mt Juliet, actually 3 times due to that they closed for winter hours and we missed it by 4 minutes which was strange due to it's springtime people!! Anyway, the staff on the 2 times that we made it in for their winter hours, were very nice. Our desserts were very good, and I actually have become kind of hooked on Jeremiah's as a treat for us when we want something special. I have to say that the second night that we went in, the music was so loud that we couldn't hear the girls at the counter or ourselves speaking when we sat down. We told the young lady, but she said that she had no control over the volume of the music. It was really bad. I felt sorry for them. if it wasn't for the pleasantry of the staff, I might not want to come back to this location. read more

I am so excited to tell you about Jeremiah's of Mt. Juliet! I have been to Jeremiah's many times in Florida but this Tennessee location is beautiful. They have outdoor and indoor seating, as well as, a walk-up window. Now when I tell you that this is some of the best dessert I've had, I'm not lying. Their Italian ice is so smooth and decadent, the ice cream is rich, and the layer-ins provide a nice crunch! Lastly, I have to commend their staff. This place is awesome! They rotate flavors based on the seasons so right now it is Oreo flavors. They have regular flavors so you can make your own combos! My personal favorite is the Orange Smash with vanilla ice cream layered. My kids love just the Italian ice. The people there are always so kind and helpful! The rewards are also a great addition to getting people to return. Another plus, the bathrooms are always super clean!
