Instead of them helping me out Brandi used the receptionist to deliver all her messages, she has a shitty attitude and just turned me away twice after I was trying to clear my name over a driver I had on my policy. I've also been trying to cancel a policy for over a month and deductions are still being taken from my bank account. The policy I cancelled on July 30th, resulted in money being owed to me, as of September 1st I still have not received payment. Most likely because they have not been able to update my address. I guess I'm not sure why electronic deposit is. It available, they are certainly able to to take my money electronically. I've called the office and State Farm no less than 6 times over the past 2-3 months, and it's taken forever to get any help and some issues are still not resolved. I have one policy remaining with Larry/State Farm and it's only a matter of time until I move or cancel that one. I say avoid Larry and State Farm at all costs. You're better off with an Independent Agent.

After going with a new agent, Frankie Robbins, I called their office and asked them if they could find out why my rate had been raised. Their office said they would look into it and call me back. Within 15 minutes, their office called me back and said that the vehicle in question was not receiving the multi-car discount and homeowners discount which was what was making the rate higher. HELLO???!!! Why did it take over 5 months for the other office, Jerry Britow's, to not see this and take it off. PURE LAZINESS!!! Would love to have the overpayments back!!!!
