After going with a new agent, Frankie Robbins, I called their office and asked them if they could find out why my rate had been raised. Their office said they would look into it and call me back. Within 15 minutes, their office called me back and said that the vehicle in question was not receiving the multi-car discount and homeowners discount which was what was making the rate higher. HELLO???!!! Why did it take over 5 months for the other office, Jerry Britow's, to not see this and take it off. PURE LAZINESS!!! Would love to have the overpayments back!!!!

I had been dreading the process of setting this up, but Vivian (a member of Diana's team) made it so easy. I called mid-morning and Vivian was able to get everything processed in a single day (with my previous agent, adding renters insurance took three days!). In addition, Vivian coordinated getting proof of my renters insurance to my landlord. Then, when my landlord had questions Vivian and Monalisa (another member of Diana's team) handled conversations with him. I was anxious to get a copy of my renters declaration form. Vivian knew this, so she reached out to me over the weekend via text to let me know it was processed. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service she provided. I feel good knowing that if I have an issue with my car or my apartment that I have Diana and her excellent team in my corner.

It was presented like I would pay a small co-pay but I wouldn't have to pay a deductible. It's all rambled off to you and makes you feel like you're getting a deal. My husband and I are finishing the IVF process so we have covered most of the cost out-of-pocket and knew if and when I became pregnant we needed coverage. My current insurance is okay but I was looking for something my fertility clinic covered and this was presented as a United affiliate. (The actual name of the insurance "sold" is US Health and when my card came this is the company listed) I Well, they are not really considered United according to the clinic they don't take it. I would have been hit with a huge bill! When the agent looked up my GYN and PCP doctors he said look see a green check you're good. If anyone is familiar with this process your constantly going in for something and one office needs this another needs that. I dodged a bullet! I am disputing a charge with my current insurance and from what it seems it's nothing compared to the horrors others are going through with this. I'll stick with my insurance because I at least know what I'm getting and I get to keep my doctors I've had for over a decade.
