When I contacted AAA for a clear explanation, representatives could not provide a transparent, data-driven reason for the increases. Vague phrases like "market adjustments" were repeated, but no one could break down what specifically justified such significant hikes. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was repeatedly transferred into unrelated call queues or different departments. It became clear that escalation was being avoided rather than facilitated. That is not how a reputable organization handles customer concerns. Additionally, I inquired about discounts that should reasonably apply -- including veteran-related benefits, proximity to a fire hydrant (within 20 feet), and a five-minute fire department response time. These were either dismissed, vaguely addressed, or not honored without meaningful explanation. Insurance depends on trust and transparency. Customers deserve clear answers, consistent policies, and representatives empowered to resolve issues -- not redirect them. I hope AAA leadership reviews call recordings, strengthens quality assurance oversight, and implements real accountability. Loyal customers should not have to fight for clarity.

It was presented like I would pay a small co-pay but I wouldn't have to pay a deductible. It's all rambled off to you and makes you feel like you're getting a deal. My husband and I are finishing the IVF process so we have covered most of the cost out-of-pocket and knew if and when I became pregnant we needed coverage. My current insurance is okay but I was looking for something my fertility clinic covered and this was presented as a United affiliate. (The actual name of the insurance "sold" is US Health and when my card came this is the company listed) I Well, they are not really considered United according to the clinic they don't take it. I would have been hit with a huge bill! When the agent looked up my GYN and PCP doctors he said look see a green check you're good. If anyone is familiar with this process your constantly going in for something and one office needs this another needs that. I dodged a bullet! I am disputing a charge with my current insurance and from what it seems it's nothing compared to the horrors others are going through with this. I'll stick with my insurance because I at least know what I'm getting and I get to keep my doctors I've had for over a decade.
