Harley loves the group walks, she gets out so much energy and is usually really tired and calm in the evening as a result. These walks are not only great for exercise but also socialization around other dogs and people. Eric is very accommodating and let us adjust Harley's schedule as needed without a fuss. I really trust them and feel confident they can respond appropriately even in emergency situations. During one of the groups walks Harley had a minor seizure, a really frightening experience. Eric called me right away and his quick thinking and careful observation of Harley ensured we had enough details to report to the vet. The vet was also impressed with the observations noted by the walkers during this incident as it gave the vet enough information to make a more informed decision on her diagnosis and treatment. Anytime I had emailed them a question or had to adjust Harley's schedule they responded back to me within less than 24 hours, usually right away! You can always reach them on the phone too. This is very reassuring that they can always be reached fairly quickly. We used their boarding services during our wedding as well. Harley seemed great, very happy and healthy when she was dropped off. I would definitely recommend this service, they get to stay at their walker's house so its someone they're used too and comfortable with, plus they're getting walks and socialization with other dogs. A huge bonus is the Facebook group that posts pictures daily of the dogs on their walks. Nothing makes me happier then seeing posts during the day that she is out and having fun! :) Overall great service and great people!

The attention to detail, safety, and socialization was really impressive. It was also great that we could use them as-needed. When we were calling around to other places, alot of them had contracts and packages you had to buy to use them. Plus the rates at Metro Dog Stop were really reasonable. My boyfriend only has his dog every few weeks or so, so this was perfect! They also have a really great pick-up & delivery service! We found that out once our work schedules changed and taking the dog to daycare in the morning became impossible. But they have walkers that will come get your dog and bring them to and from the daycare, which was a lifesaver! And over the summer our dog picked up kennel cough at a park, and we were worried about him not being able to go to daycare while we were at work. But they arranged for a walker to come over and do private walks with him during the day, so he still got out and had some company! The customer service is really great and they really care about the dogs. The staff have all been fantastic, our dog comes home happy & tired from playing all day when he's there, and best of all he's always super excited to go there...which is the best evidence of all that it's a great place.

Vanna has ended up being my dog walker and boarder for about the past five years, and I have only positive things to say about her. What stood out to me from the very beginning was how deeply she loves dogs. For Vanna, this is not just a business. She is completely committed to the dogs in her care and truly treats them as if they were her own. She is always dependable and incredibly dedicated. I remember one time I was out of town and another walker canceled on me at the last minute. Vanna was also away, but when I contacted her, she immediately made arrangements to go back and get my dog because, as she put it, she did not want her to be left alone. That level of care is extremely rare to find! When my dog boards with Vanna, she becomes part of Vanna's world and goes on real adventures with her, because Vanna never leaves her alone.
