While doing my search for walkers and I came across Jeremy the Dog Walker I felt a little more at ease from our very first telephone conversation. Then during our face-to-face meeting I knew I had found the perfect walker in which I could entrust the care and safety to for my Beajou. As a person Jeremy is kind, caring, personable, polite, intelligent, very punctual with an extremely pleasant disposition. Jeremy took his time, approached Beajou on her level while kneeling patiently, called her name and waited for Beajou to acquaint herself with him. I was thrilled when she came to Jeremy immediately and was completely comfortable with him stroking her back while we continued to talk. Now every morning from the moment I say Jeremy's name my Beajou sits up and with excitement stares at the front door anxious for his arrival. Here's the biggest surprise, I no longer have to chase Beajou around the apartment to put on her harness!! Because she knows Jeremy is coming and it's time to walk with her new friends, Beajou sits perfectly still and with no struggle at all I put on the harness and she's more than ready for her walk. I am absolutely thrilled to have had the very good fortune to find Jeremy and definitely highly recommend him as a professional, caring, responsible and extremely conscientious dog walker for my cherished Beajou!

The attention to detail, safety, and socialization was really impressive. It was also great that we could use them as-needed. When we were calling around to other places, alot of them had contracts and packages you had to buy to use them. Plus the rates at Metro Dog Stop were really reasonable. My boyfriend only has his dog every few weeks or so, so this was perfect! They also have a really great pick-up & delivery service! We found that out once our work schedules changed and taking the dog to daycare in the morning became impossible. But they have walkers that will come get your dog and bring them to and from the daycare, which was a lifesaver! And over the summer our dog picked up kennel cough at a park, and we were worried about him not being able to go to daycare while we were at work. But they arranged for a walker to come over and do private walks with him during the day, so he still got out and had some company! The customer service is really great and they really care about the dogs. The staff have all been fantastic, our dog comes home happy & tired from playing all day when he's there, and best of all he's always super excited to go there...which is the best evidence of all that it's a great place.

Vanna has ended up being my dog walker and boarder for about the past five years, and I have only positive things to say about her. What stood out to me from the very beginning was how deeply she loves dogs. For Vanna, this is not just a business. She is completely committed to the dogs in her care and truly treats them as if they were her own. She is always dependable and incredibly dedicated. I remember one time I was out of town and another walker canceled on me at the last minute. Vanna was also away, but when I contacted her, she immediately made arrangements to go back and get my dog because, as she put it, she did not want her to be left alone. That level of care is extremely rare to find! When my dog boards with Vanna, she becomes part of Vanna's world and goes on real adventures with her, because Vanna never leaves her alone. My dog has visited Vanna's mother a few times, for example, which always makes me smile. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is not just safe, but genuinely cared for, included, and loved. Vanna is experienced, confident, and very dog-focused in the way she runs things, which I personally appreciate. I always feel that her decisions are guided by what is best for the dogs.
