So I asked her what happened and complained about the wound. She simply just said that she didn't know about it at all. How untrustworthy and unprofessional she is! In addition, her grooming skill is just average, not outstanding at all according to all my experiences with other dog groomers. I paid $75 for the horrible service. I won't ever go back there.

At first I didn't know the new owner took over the place but realized some staff had been changed. Because I was pretty happy with the previous owner I was kinda concerned how good they are gonna be. And the result was terrible. I wish I kept the photos to post. After a couple of visits to the current owner I wasn't that happy with their cut on my dog but I let it go but then on the last visit I was so so upset. So I picked up my dog and took her to the car and took around my dog and I noticed a scar on right armpit. I was very unpleasant because they did not inform me about the scar when picked up (I thought mayb they didn't realize it but thought again, they should've checked) so I went back in to the shop with my dog since I was still in they parking lot and showed them the scar. They seemed they don't really care. They in fact asked something like ' so you want refund?'. I was disgusted by their attitude. I just told my self 'you know what ef them Im just not gonna come back' and here I am, leaving a review that happened over one year ago.

During the treatment period, I raised concerns several times that the medication seemed to be affecting him poorly. Unfortunately, these concerns were not taken seriously. After the last dose, he began having seizures. At no point were we clearly informed about the potential neurological side effects of this medication or advised about warning signs to watch for. We are devastated. Neo was deeply loved, and we spent years caring for him through sleepless nights, significant emotional strain, and substantial medical costs. I am sharing this in the hope that the clinic will remind its veterinarians and technicians to carefully discuss the potential side effects of medications like this and to listen closely when owners report concerns. If this message helps prevent another family from going through the same loss, Neo's story will have mattered.

Inise is a fantastic dog trainer who taught us so much about dog behaviours and how to make us a better pet owner. When you first walk into the place and see all the dogs that are there regularly, you maybe overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time. It's very low key and fun for the four legged friends but, there are also discipline and rules for all. It is such a great environment for us as dog owners and our pets to learn and socialize. If you're unsure, Inise and her team will guide you to the best of their ability. It is very important to socialize your dogs. Be a responsible pet owner and take them there for puppy classes, obedience classes, and social Sunday!

Looking back…read moreover Ginger's life, we are most grateful for the superb care that she received over the years at Barking Along. As a first time dog owner, I was lucky to be given the gift of Aviva's experience, generous guidance and sound judgement. Ginger's time at Barking Along was wonderful and I learned to have total confidence in Aviva and Lily. When our family went on vacations, Ginger boarded with Aviva, and we could go away with peace of mind knowing that Ginger was in the best of hands. Ginger was a calm, friendly, and happy dog and we know that this was in large part due to the fact that she spent many of her days as a puppy at Barking Along. We are so thankful for the dedication and expertise of Aviva and Lily. As we mourn the loss of Ginger, it is a great comfort to know that we gave her a safe and wonderful time both at home and when she was at her home-away-from-home, Barking Along.

It's the only place I'd feel comfortable leaving our pup, and it's the only place he's happy to go everyday. I continue to be very affected by how Dr. Berman 'handled' me and "treated" my dying cat last Monday - the things that were said (way too much, that muddied what was crystal clear), and the things that were done (totally unnecessary). And the things not said that absolutely should have been and without prompting on my part. I'm not innocent in my animal companion's of 16 years completely needless, multiple trauma in his last day of life, and I have to live with that. I didn't witness what he went through, but I keep replaying the images in my mind and imagining what it was like for him. And I feel tremendous pain and unremitting guilt. But the difference is that I was facing the inevitable loss of a dear friend, emotional and in denial, and Dr. Berman was the authority, (supposedly) clear-headed, objective, truthful and compassionate - basic assumptions for medical professionals holding beings' lives in their hands. I initially considered writing privately to the clinic first, but finally decided that to be taken seriously, I should engage with the clinic's leadership publicly from the start. I welcome Dr. Corrigan, the clinic's owner, reaching out to me via email for my feedback and suggestions.

To book each time, fill out their form on their website and someone will email you. Their staff are so kind and welcoming. You can tell they really love working with animals. I had a session with Michelle who did an amazing job with my bichon frise. My dog's round hair cut came out perfectly and we didn't have to do any touchups at home ourselves (my family has a very keen eye for my dog's haircut). My dog has a lot of allergies so I told them not to give her any treats. You are able to bring your own treats for them to give your dog which I'll do next time. They do the intake and payment outside and I love the report card they give you at the end. Sometimes grooming is like a black hole and you wonder how it went so I thought the report card is an adorable and nice touch. I paid around $110-120 before tip which included an add on for hypoallergenic shampoo. I thought this was really reasonable especially since they take care of your dog for around 5 hours so it's essentially grooming and daycare together.
