They sent a text with a link to fill out all forms prior to the visit which I appreciated. I made it to my appointment about 15 mins early. The waiting room was clean and organized. The front desk gentleman was extremely kind. He thanked me for being early then I was taken back right away for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, Dr. Amir came in and asked my concerns. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. We chatted a bit and he went right to work to give me a deep cleaning. Next thing I knew, my appointment was over within the hour and I was on my way home! Loved this place!

I have NO insurance and pay with a credit card. I decided on a second opinion and called Friendly Smile having my new Xrays emailed to them. They literally got me in to see the Doc in a couple days to find out there are NO cavities out of the four, ten, and nine I was told at the first one. The broken tooth they said needed extraction in two out of the three doesn't need taken out either. He had given me a magnifying mirror so I could see every tooth he described. Something I have never seen. The Doc at Friendly did find one that needed removed to clear me for the surgery I need at the cost of $125 as opposed to $1900. I literally asked the young lady at the desk if she was joking. Talk about "sticker shock" as the saying goes. If you need a dentist that is not only extremely reasonable and stone cold honest about what you need and what you don't, this is the one you have to call.

They said they would look to make sure and that I was good to go. 10 months later, I receive a bill for services and at this point, I don't even have the same insurance any more. 10 MONTHS after I paid the copay, this was sent. Either this place is adding on fraudulent charges or the office staff is so incompetent to check the insurance that it took 10 months to bring these charges up which after checking, the insurance should have covered.

Anyways, they charged me several hundred dollars more for my regular cleaning. - like more than 3x more than what they charged my bfs insurance for his cleaning. I paid so this mess wouldn't go to collections. And then I had to fight them thru my insurance. This office lied to my insurance and claimed they sent me full repayment even though they had not. Instead of Dr Volinsky coming in, another dentist enters the room and tells him that Dr Volinsky just retired!!! Like it was an out of the blue decision Dr V made that morning or something. So he would not be seeing Dr V at the appointment he had scheduled w Dr V!!! The office scheduled an appointment w a Dr who doesn't work there!! Then doesn't inform the client that he won't be seeing the person he is there to see!!! So shady. But it gets shadier. This new doctor suddenly found all kinds of costly problems w his teeth!!! Problems that were not there 6 months before when he saw Dr Volinsky. Including wanting to pull teeth from his mouth. Obvi - he got the hell out of there and has not returned. Lastly, this office will tell you at least 100x while you are there that they are the "official dentist office of the Eagles". As if I also work in a career where I am getting my teeth busted up and need a similar procedure to an athlete from our football team. Ironically, my dermatologist is the official derm of the eagles and the only way I found this out was because 15 years into being her patient, she needed to switch my appt to go on the team plane to the Superbowl. But I guess she has her reputation to go on so she doesn't need to mention this. (unlike this awful office).
