I have been working with this "business" for about five weeks. I had my insurance company go on my…read moreroof and determine what was causing the leak. The insurance company also provided me an estimate in additional to diagnosing the problem. It was $160. I sent all of this information to this company. This business went to my house and looked at my roof. I had to call them several times to finally get to someone and find out what they found and if they were going to fix my roof. Most of the time their voicemail was filled so you couldn't leave a message. When I was finally able to talk to Al he was giving me all of these excuses and telling me my roof was old etc. and it was going to cost $300. My insurance company had already inspected my roof so I knew that was a lie. I was willing to pay extra just to get the problem fixed. After two weeks I asked him was he able to schedule an appointment with my renter and fix the roof. Al started giving excuses on why he had not done his job and telling me there has been a lot of rain. I indicated to Al that this has been going on for five weeks and I had to contact him about progress, he never contacted me about status. Al got a little angry and said I could go somewhere else. I told him I most definitely would and I would tell the entire world concerning his lack of professionalism and ability to provide status on projects. This is a back alley southern business that is not ready for prime time. It appears to me that they are only interested in large projects. I would have been fine if he told me that but instead I got the run around. This business can't be trusted with small jobs so don't trust them with large jobs. I had Jerry Lewis Roofing, Inc. repair my roof. They were cheaper, more thorough in telling me what was wrong, and RESPONSIVE. Their toll free number is 1-800-692-3617. Jeff Butler was wonderful. Mr. Butler knows what good customer service because he shows it.

They didn't call when they're not going to show up. (I called after they were late the first time. She was nice and apologized that she meant to call me the day before, but they were slammed for emergency roof repairs due to the storm... which is completely understandable, and we set up a new appointment for the following week. I called when they didn't show up, and she said she would have the contractor call me for an ETA.. I am still waiting for that phone call.) Seems like nothing has changed since the 2019 review.

We got a great deal and I recommend using ROI for your next project. The construction team was great and even though the project took a little longer then expected it was still done promptly.
