The Priority Roofing & Restoration team was phenomenal in quickly assessing our needs after the recent wind and hail storms impacting the Southern Maryland area. The team paid close attention to detail and worked directly with us to provide our insurers with everything they needed to replace and restore our home's roofing and weather protection. Andrew, Thomas, Rob, and Lauren kept us well-informed allowing us to make the best decisions. Because we had a double-layered roof, the work spanned a day and a half, but the team got it done, leaving the property clean and all debris removed. In addition to arriving early, and being fully prepared, the Project Manager Thomas provided updates at each step of the process and ensured the safety of his work team. I had some mold in my bathroom that needed to be removed. Not only did Reggie and Austin do a great job of removing it, they went above and beyond and figured out that the mold (to our surprise) was coming from a small leak in our roof. Then they painstakingly worked to pinpoint the spot it was leaking from and sealed it up to prevent any more water from coming in. I want to emphasize that this last part was not part of the contract, they could have very easily let me know what the problem was and tell me I needed to hire someone to fix it, but instead they worked so hard to fix it at no extra cost. I also like that they did an air quality test a few days later to show that the mold spores had been eliminated. I can't emphasize how impressed I am with Parsons. I'd definitely hire them again if we have any other issues.

Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction are absent. They made an agreement with my ex-wife on some gutters during the roof replacement I authorized. I was not asked nor told about this arrangement. I said several times only what insurance covers. During this entire process Charles harassed my ex-wife for payment checks from the insurance company and then the insurance adjuster to the point that the insurance company detective called me as the uninvolved third party to warm me about Charles toxic behavior towards my ex-wife. In the end all the insurance checks got to Shoreline, despite Charles harassment. His issue was they were sent via USPS and not UPS by the insurance company, something we had no control over. His greed and avarice far outweigh anything I've dealt with in dealing with simple tradesmen. He makes the experience truly exhausting and makes you regret every single moment. CHARLES wrote and picked out 16 photos and told me if I posted that positive review that he would knock off the extra cost $2500 of the gutters if I paid the $2000 my exwife had stiffed them on. I agreed, again foolishly verbal. I left the reviews and paid the invoice sent to $0. Months passed with no issues. 2 days before CHRISTMAS, I get a new invoice with the $2500 on it. I remind him of the verbal and he goes quiet again. Now it's New Year's Eve, both times we spend with our families, and this guy send the invoice again. Literally on the holidays. Despite a verbal agreement that both he AND Matt the owner were on the phone for. I said fine, money is tight and I'll pay the $2500 but you're not getting positive reviews. He writes the positive reviews and sends you photos and tells you to post exactly what he sends you. Charles Owens specifically, and Shoreline Exteriors by extension, do not act in good faith and will harass you, create toxicity, and break verbal agreements with you all in an effort to make a few extra bucks dishonestly.
