Jesse and his crew were responsive and eager to coordinate directly with my insurance provider, which helped move the process along--but not without some concerns. To start with the positives: Jesse is communicative and aggressive about pushing the claim through insurance. Once work began, the repairs were done relatively quickly. He clearly wants to keep things moving and keep the client informed. However, the full process--from damage to completion--dragged into early April. A lot of that delay falls on the insurance company, but not all. CRE can be a bit too eager to upsell or stretch the scope of work to fit what insurance might cover, and that added some complexity and delay. More importantly, the execution left a lot to be desired. The fascia and trim work ended up dented, scuffed, and uneven in places. Nails were bent over instead of properly seated. Cosmetic flaws that shouldn't be present after a professional repair. And the biggest issue: the roofing subcontractors were extremely sloppy. They left debris scattered across my yard and nails in my driveway--one of which ended up in my tire. That kind of carelessness really undercut any goodwill. In summary: Jesse is responsive and energetic, and CRE will push your claim hard. But expect to keep a close eye on the job, especially the subs, and don't expect perfection on finish work. Solid in some areas, disappointing in others.

Level Up Innovations, LLC installed a new roof on my house at 38371 Barbara Court, Mechanicsville,…read moreMd. on May 15, 2020. They issued me a 5-year warranty on that roof. On March 23, 2024, my roof developed a significant leak in the vicinity of the chimney box that caused interior damage to my living room and the adjacent hallway ceilings. I called Level Up CEO, Mr. Cody Fielding the morning of March 23rd leak to inform him of the situation and followed it up twice that same day with additional information. In one of those calls I informed Mr. Fielding that I had contacted my insurance company, USAA, with details of the leak and the company which installed it in 2020 and details of their 5-year warranty. I gave them the contact information for Level Up to include Mr. Fielding's telephone number. Each time my call was sent to his voicemail account. I sent two emails to Mr. Fielding with pictures of the damage attached. On March 25th, I called Mr. Fielding once again with additional supporting information. To date, a full month later, I have not received any response from Level Up Innovations/Mr. Fielding. During the period of March 23-March 25 I contacted USAA Insurance company to initiate a claim for the damage to the roof and home interior. My USAA adjuster informed me that he had called Mr. Fielding and discussed the situation with him. I was told that Mr. Fielding had promised that a Level Up representative would come to my home to inspect the damage on March 29th. To date, there has been no such visit from Level Up. Level Up Innovations, LLC/Mr. Cody Fielding has failed to honor his 5-year warranty. Subsequently USAA Insurance has approved the repairs to the roof and subsequent interior damage to another company I have chosen; Infinity Restoration Inc. USAA has initiated an investigation into Level Up Innovations LLC. Their intent is to investigate if a third party (Level Up) is liable for the damages to my property and, if so, pursue that party for my insurance deductible and any amounts USAA has or will pay out on the claim.

He listened to me, asked me to send over pictures and he wld call me back in a few days. Well he called me back as promised with two solutions that did not involve me replacing all or most of the siding for a money grab. He said 1st he wanted to come and pick up the piece and try to color match it and option #1 was to use the color matched piece and then repair or #2: take a piece of siding from another place on the house and put the new "color matched" piece in its place. That way the color matched piece wldnt stand out. Option 2 and thank you! Well within two days and no fuss to me-it was repaired and my home no longer looks negelected. I scheduled an appointment with Adam to give me an estimate on repairs and a price to completely replace the roof. The information for a complete roof replacement would be for a later date, I simply wanted an idea of how much it would end up costing. Adam, who is trained and experienced in insurance worked, suggested that the damage might be something covered under my homeowners insurance. I reached out to my insurer and opened a claim. Adam communicated with and personally met with the insurance adjuster at my home to inspect and discuss the damage. My insurance did cover a complete roof replacement minus my deductible. On the day of the roof tear off and install (4/14/2020), a crew of nine was at my house at 7:10 a.m. ready to go. At 5:00 p.m. my home had a beautiful new roof. Being retired, I spent a good portion of the day outside watching the crew work. There wasn't a slacker in the bunch. Except for the 20-minutes they took for a lunch break, all nine guys were full throttle throughout the entire day. When they were done and before the crew left, I did a walk around the entire perimeter of the house with a foreman from Arocon to ensure the property was clean to my satisfaction. I couldn't even tell that just hours earlier the yard was covered in old three tab shingles and tar paper. It was like I never had work done that day. The only thing that was visible to show that a full day's work had been done was the beautiful new roof with architectural shingles which added value and curb appeal to my home. So impressive was the crew, that towards the end my wife arrived home from work and commented about the size of the crew. I acknowledged the nine man crew. She told me there were 13 men on the crew. Sure enough, during a time when I was in the house, a four man crew had finished a job 25-miles away and instead of heading home, they came to my job and chipped in to help the nine man crew finish sooner. Now that's some impressive teamwork. Before the crew had even finished packing all their materials and tools, I had three different employees from Arocon called me to inquire if I was satisfied with how everything was going with the install. Would I recommend Arocon? In a heartbeat. From my initial visit with Adam to my fist bump (Covid-19) with Levi, Arocon's foreman, when he and the crew were leaving, this was a positive and most impressive experience. And as a grizzly old retired cop, I'm not easily impressed.
