I am very disappointed in their road side assistance service, it's making me rethink my membership with them. I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all. I was on the phone, back and forth, getting the run around for hours. At the end, I was told that I'm on my own and had to deal with my own towing. That was the worst service I've ever gotten, ever. I came home and wrote to my agent from All State about what happened last week and still have not gotten any response back yet.
