I had a flat tire repaired -- at a fraction of the price charged in Phoenix -- and they had it repaired quickly. Rather than drive into the Phoenix area (and deal with their overcrowded traffic madness), I've had WTC change the oil of our vehicles and lube whatever needs doing in that type of service, and the work is done while you wait in an air-conditioned lounge, rather than sitting in your vehicle in the broiling heat. Prices at WTC for an oil change are lower than what I've been charged at several different businesses in Phoenix. That, and being able to sit in an air-conditioned lounge, make it well worth it. Can't argue with perfection. One other thing, and this is important to me: not only are they professional and very efficient, they're genuinely very nice people. I've been invited to have my vehicles' tire pressure checked any time and as often as I feel necessary, and they inspect the tires as they check inflation. Moreover, you don't have to wait in a long line. Well done, WTC.

Had to send my truck the night before my appointment via tow truck as battery was dead from not being able to close the tailgate. Did not hear from any of the service people so I called at 1:00 pm and was told my vehicle was 4th in line with the service technician. Questioned why it was 4th in line when I made an appointment 7 days prior. Was told that by making an appointment it should have been explained that it could be 24-48 hours before my vehicle would be looked at. What the heck is that???? if you make an appointment 7 days out you would think it would get looked at the day of the appointment. I would recommend that if you make a service appointment, better find out how long they are going to need your vehicle. Pretty bad service and I would recommend going into Surprise to get any work done, at least they look at the vehicle the day of the appointment

I spoke to Larry that gave me a very reasonable price and he assured me he could tow me in within approximately 15/30 minutes. Within a few minutes he texted me and told me he was on the way...We were so grateful because it was dusk and we were terrified of being on the side of the road after dark on that long stretch of road in the rain while big rigs and cars were speeding by. I feel obligated to share my experience so others can stay away from this business…read more I found myself in an emergency situation after a tire blowout and needed immediate help to get home safely. Unfortunately, what followed was an extremely expensive experience that I was not fully prepared for. I paid $315 out the door for one replacement tire on my car not a truck... a car, along with several added charges that were either not clearly explained or disclosed beforehand. These included a $120 weekend service call, a $14 credit card fee, and a $6 tire disposal fee (despite the old tire being placed back into my vehicle). In a stressful situation, customers rely on businesses to be transparent about pricing, and I did not feel that transparency was provided. I understand emergency services can cost more, but the total price felt excessive, especially given the circumstances. Had I known the full cost upfront, I would have taken the time to look for other open tire shops. My advice to others: if possible, call around, ask for a complete price breakdown before agreeing to service, and explore all options first. I hope sharing this experience helps someone avoid the same frustration and being ripped off the way that I have. UPDATE: Yes we appreciate you coming out and helping. We were in a difficult situation and needed assistance. That part isn't lost on me. That said, your response comes across as dismissive and condescending, which is just as concerning as the original issue. Customers should be able to share feedback without being talked down to. To be clear, my concern was never that after-hours service costs more. I understand that. The issue was the lack of clear, upfront communication about pricing BEFORE the work was done. There's an opportunity here to take that feedback constructively and improve how pricing and expectations are communicated to customers in STRESSFUL situations. At this point, the matter is closed and won't be engaging further. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it was intended. It important to inform others of what happened so that they can make their own decisions. Just learn from this and move on. Thats all any of us can do.
