The key was a lost to my buddies motorcycle, naturally we called Keaton's, always heard good things about them. Not this time. The guy we spoke to said we would have to pull the ignition cylinder off the bike and bring it in, they wouldn't send anyone out. Not sure they know the extent of that task on a CBR600. We offered to trailer the bike there, so the could cut the key, still they refused. Ended up calling Mobile Locksmith out of Gainesville who had us back riding about 30 minutes after he arrived. So if you need a key copied that you already have, I'd recommend. Other than that, if you've already lost the key, there are better options out there.
