(Due to supply chain issues I won't be able to get the boat made this year.) I've been looking for a specific Starcraft deckboat (that Petzolds currently has in stock) for almost 3 months. Even though they advertise through the internet nationally, Jordan's (Salesman) boss informed him they will not sell to anyone that is not local. The reasoning for this is because they want to service the boat. Bottom line... my money was not good enough for them even when I informed them I wished to purchase the boat. He knows his engines, out-drives, V-drives, and other all the other mechanical parts that make up a boat. Honesty, and fair pricing is his hallmark. At first, Mike may seem a little more expensive than taking your boat to a marina for service, you must remember... Mike comes to you! (Doctors don't even make house calls any more...) We have a Gen Contractor - told the firm that multiple times but we kept having to circle back to that statement and 3) Altho new to our industry time was spent giving us advice on space usage that was not in our directive to them. We knew what we needed to go where and I felt that was at times ignored in favor of their advice or opinion. A very expensive mistake for me using this company.
