Their topsoil is 40% organic material, screened smaller than 3/4 inch, and they call it "nursery grade" which are all the perfect characteristics for applying to lawns. The ph was 6.5 too! There were very very few pieces of trash or rocks. I ordered 7 yards and estimate they dropped 8-9 yards instead. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said it was no problem getting the material to my house on Monday. Then Monday was raining hard so they called to check if I wanted to push the delivery till Tuesday. I said that would be great if they could promise to make me one of the early slots on Tuesday, they kept their promise and showed up at 7:45am! I really appreciated that extra thought and consideration. I would highly recommend their materials to anyone!

However, we swapped to Servco because Devine were unable to fix our AC issues after several service calls. Servco was finally able to diagnose and fix the problem. We switched with hesitation. The fix wasn't simple to diagnose, so I don't hold it against them. We like both companies and highly recommend both.
