They responded very quickly and gave me a SUPER reasonable quote compared to other shops in the Central Ohio area. I live in Columbus, but traveled down to Chillicothe for them to install the lift and perform an alignment. It was a great experience from start to finish. Simple and to the point. One of the service workers smacked on the exhaust for no reason, the tire they took off they took it over and started looking at the tread, which was not needed due to only needing to see the break pads, not mess with the tires. After this husband asked them to put the tires back on it. They tightened the wheels too tight. Wheels now make a horrible loud noise while driving and car pulls hard to the right. Don't recommend them at all!! Unless you want your car back messed up :) my husband did call corporate and filed a complaint, they offered him another appointment, not sure why we would want to take our car to a company that has no respect or cares for your car at all.
