They're supposed to rotate them for free after x amount of miles. The first time I took it in, an employee eyeballed them and said they didn't need it. I took it back several miles later and the manager pulled it in and looked at the tires, which weren't that old at the time. He came back and told me I needed tires and some work. I declined, left and took it to another shop. Was told none of that was true. I realize they're a box store and trained to upsell. I've never returned and have no plans to. Prior to that, I had taken multiple vehicles there. Never again, nor would I ever recommend them.
