The food is good, just the prices are a little too high for a sandwich place in my opinion. Nice establishment though.

ordered online and received the wrong bread, no pickles, barely any onions, 4 banana peppers on the whole GIANT sub, barely any turkey, DRENCHED in olive oil. yall literally just played around with my sandwich and said "eh this will do" meanwhile this was 3 HOURS before closing. stop hiring lazy workers with horrible work ethics. this used to be the best sub place around, its severely gone downhill. I've gotten Jersey Mike's subs at other locations that were absolutely wonderful, but this place is downright nasty. There was a family in front of me ordering subs and the guy taking their order acted like he was doing them a big favor by waiting on them. Same with me - very impatient and kind of rolling his eyes because I was looking at the menu and deciding what I wanted on the sub. There wasn't anybody in line behind me so I'm not sure why he was so annoyed.Honestly, after this experience, I'll go to Subway from now on since they slice their own deli meat now. At least they seem to have better standards keeping their franchise in line. read more

I originally gave this place a 3 Star Rating and even went as far to say I would rather have Penn Station. I ordered take-out a few weekends ago and it was super good. I also just had Penn Station and it is not even close to as good as Jersey Mike's. I will be going back to this location and would recommend other do as well. read more

Absolutely adore the sandwiches and food here unfortunately the lady or guy with the green hair wasn't sure .. was very rude asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes she said well are you you have a sleeve to put it in I said can I PLEASE have a bag she said well if ur not finished with it you're getting a sleeve too, I finally just grabbed the bag and sandwiches. When checking us out my order was still being placed putting toppings on and she was rushing to get a phone number for points I said give me one second so I can finish my order THEN pay for it. Absolutely horrible service, very disappointing that this is their "Winning team" that they broadcast all over their store. read more

First time visit to the chain and I'll be back. I've eaten a fair share of Philly Cheese steaks and this one was solid. Good taste, chopped, good bread. I like it. Tried the root beer on tap, good again. Did not see brewed unsweetened tea but this location looks brand new so maybe they are still working on that. In the meantime, the root beer hit the spot. They take Apple Pay. Staff was friendly and everyone was working hard to service the rush that hit around dinner time tonight. I look forward to returning to one in my local area. read more

What can I say other than thank you Jersey Mike's for bringing in gluten free sub rolls and allowing me to have Steak and Cheese (Big Kahuna) again after 6 years without! Yes, they are a bit pricey for a sub, but they do not skimp on meat or toppings! I just wish they would offer toasting the bread ;). read more

Slow service for one, but what got me was how they forgot the steak to my portobello Philly cheesesteak! How is that even possible!?

Went in for lunch today, husband ordered Chicken Philly only cheese and Mayo ended up with a cheesesteak with peppers and onions. He went back in and the worker swears he ordered the cheesesteak which isn't the case. Definitely won't be back again. read more

I stopped here to get a sub on my way home. I've had Jersey Mike's before. I drove this sub an hour and a half home. I got the Italian. They gave me the sauce on the side. It was the best supper I've had in a long time. I wish there was one of these places close to me. It was a perfect sub. read more

The management is terrible! Very rude and awful experience!! A one star is being generous. I was stopping in to get a donation for the Ronald Mcdonald house and the manager made it very difficult for me to obtain it and was passive aggressive. She instantly ignored my calls and refused to help me once I arrived. Their customer service is less than minute. i would not recommend this location to anyone let alone a friend or family member. The food station was very messy and also not organized. Overall, not good. Do not spend money here. read more
