First, when I stopped in shortly after the normal lunch hour, the restaurant was immaculate. All the tables were clean, it's uncrowded, there's lots of light. The lady running the restaurant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't ask, but I think she's probably the owner. I ordered a brisket sandwich with baked beans as a side, and ordered an extra side of potato salad. When she brought the food to my table I immediately realized I was going to need take-home containers. The brisket sandwich comes with a half a pound of brisket, and it appeared to be every bit that much if not more. Both of the sizes were generous helpings. I have children who live in Nashville in Kansas City, and frequently eat barbecue when I visit those two cities. I think this brisket was as good as any I've had at those places. The potato salad was good. There was nothing too special about the baked beans, but they were also good. If you're missing your barbecue and wondered where to go in this area, Kaz's barbecue is definitely worth a stop.

With the recent closures of all restaurant dining rooms due to the coronavirus, making take out or delivery the only option, it was good timing for a take out pizza place to open. I only picked up a pizza and will definitely be trying the salads, calzones, and hoagies. All the bread is home made and you can tell. The pizza dough was very good and the bread for the hoagies (even though I haven't tried it) looks amazing. The regular crust is very heavy, but good. The sauce was excellent and topping were spot on. I recommend this place and can't wait to try the other options.

There are two drive thru lanes that stay two lanes all the way through pick up. They do not merge. This was different but it doesn't seem to make much go quicker.
