I don't recommend this location. My order was not done on time. The sandwiches were not made correctly: some were missing ingredients and others had ingredients we'd asked them not to include. The person packing the sandwiches rolled them tightly like Sunday newspapers, so the sandwich I unwrapped at home was crushed. My boyfriend ordered a sub and I ordered a bowl. I wanted everything that automatically comes on it +Mayo, pickles, and banana peppers. My boyfriend ordered his sub with everything that automatically comes on it + the spicy pepper relish. They instead decided to put his spicy pepper relish on my bowl and my pickles + banana peppers on his sub. I was able to get most of the pepper relish off my bowl but was not happy to still be able to taste a little bit of spiciness. If I wasn't starving I would have gone back, but I was so hungry I was about to pass out. I don't even know how they could mess up 2 different food items that much. Needless to say, I will not be going to this Jersey Mikes location ever again. read more

3 start for good quality of food, negative two start for terrible customer service, snotty young girl cutting meat is rude. Simply wanted to let her know I wanted mayo on my bottom bread before she places the meat. Cut me off as say I don't prepare it like with toppings. After she finish I , had to raise my voice become she was in her mood hurt feeling. Then she had to take all the meat she just placed nicely off and put mayo. Ok. I have to admit - Jersey Mikes subs are the best subs around. I have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue. I'm the other hand - they have accommodated my special request anytime I ask. I'm not sure of customer service because I always get delivery. I have had plenty experience in both life, the restaurant biz., and proper customer service. This store fails at all three. #1: Stop handling people's bread and then handling the cash register, it's not cleanly, it's gross, it's how you can get someone sick!! When I confronted the counter-girl, she denied it; I WATCHED HER take care of my sandwich and go straight to the register w.o changing gloves. She took someone's money... I'm like, how many customers have you helped before you touched my food ??? She was going back and forth- and was not washing hands. She turned beet red as I addressed it so that only she could hear. I felt - ok, I hv let you know, but then you lied about it to me to your nosey co-worker or shift manager- whomever he was that wanted to know what the issue was. He quoted policy, great (it's common sense) but never addressed my concern, the customer. ADDRESS YOUR CO-Workers cleanliness on your own time and preferably not in front of the whole store. LATER. You apologize to me, address her later. No one that did nothing wrong turns that shade of red and gets redder. You didn't hv to. I addressed it-- the proper thing to do is realize your mistake, apologize, and move on. Never lie. It cost any kind of tip I would leave you (I chose not to) -- stop moving your tip jar closer to me-- and, this gets posted, AND I will NEVER return to your store. Please be cleaner- dirty dirty dirty. #2: Further: Do more then run your cutting knife across a towel to "rinse" it off- I suggest, at the least, water. First of all, Jersey Mike's subs are my favorite subs. This particular store is somewhat new and has been fairly descent until recently. On my previous order which was a to go order, they forgot the bacon and they gave me the wrong bag of chips. The most recent to go order was missing the signature oil & vinegar mix, the onions had a bad taste and the lettuce was not chopped. I don't think I'll visit this particular store for a long while. Also something else that has been bothering me... what am I supposed to be tipping for? It's a sub shop, not fine dining. Why should I tip the staff for doing their job? The Jersey Mike's on Dual highway Is not as near good and cautious as the one on Garland by Best Buy! Some of the workers handling your sandwiches Do not change gloves when they are touching and wiping things off !They just grab your bread and make your sandwich! Gross !
