Thousands of locations have been winnowed down to a precious few making Quiznos harder to find than Jimmy Hoffa in a cement mixer - but of the few remaining locations, their Hagerstown store reminded me of why I once loved them. Hot, fresh, toasted (and delicious) is the trifecta here and with better management, the chain would still be thriving. Thanks for a taste of what I've been missing. Apparently Quiznos still has a pulse. Five easy stars. read more

Several months ago, my wife randomly craved Quiznos so we googled where the closet location was. To our surprise, there was still a Hagerstown location! Of all the surrounding areas, I was not expecting that. This is an outstanding privately run franchise by a wife and husband combo. They are quick, super friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious! We have been here numerous times now and it's never been a bad meal. In my opinion, this is probably one of the best if not the best fast food run restaurants in Hagerstown. It's always clean, quick and food quality is top notch. I believe the contributing factor that makes this restaurant so great is that the franchisees actually work there! Too many times company's who do franchises like McDonalds, Subway and even Chic Fil-A, lose focus and who typically own these business are not involved in the day to day operations and could care less. Anyone who wants a great food experience - go here!! read more

Today my boyfriend and I visited the Hagerstown Quiznos on our way back home to Fort Washington. We noted the fresh bread, quality produce, and clean environment. The owners were really nice and were sad to hear that they're leaving the franchise soon. We wish the owners success in whatever comes next and encourage everyone who may be reading this to stop in and have a sandwich before this location closes. read more

Staff was friendly, place was clean, and it's Quiznos! I wish these weren't so hard to find. looks like they have done away with the fixing bar. Pickles. Jalepenos. Etc. In my most Arnold Schwartzenger voice: ILL BE BACK! read more

This Quiznos is in a large shopping center. The dining areas is large, clean, and brightly lit. The sauce and peppers station, however, barely had enough of their signature chili sauce. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the arm to unreel the paper towels was broken. Our sandwiches were delicious, fresh, flavorful, and hot. The staff were competent and friendly. This Quiznos is amazing! We live in PA, and we actually plan our trips to visit family in VA based upon this Quiznos' operating hours. The food is delicious and fresh, the portions are generous, the restaurant is very clean, and the couple that runs it are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. read more

Always fast, fresh, quality food. Customer service has greatly improved over the last year. I am happy to come here when I am available, toasty delicious goodness!! EDIT: Customer service is back to being terrible. I will only go if the owners are working now. The kids that work there at night would rather clean and chat then help you in a timely manner. read more

Just called for a large order for office lunches. The owner were very nice and accommodating since it was an emergency they delivered on time and he also gave $10.00 gift certificate toward next visit which I gave to one of my employee. Kudo to Quiznos they will always have my business. read more

If you love Quiznos elsewhere, you won't be disappointed with this one. On par with what you'd expect in a shopping center location. Nothing spectacular, just really good Quiznos subs, and quick friendly service. read more

My husband has been accosted several times and came home and told me how prostitutes came up to him when he was at the Little Caesars next door. This place needs to go. They are the prime reason because they're open 24 hours that this garbage hangs out there all the time. They need to hire a security guard and put some Uniforms on their employees and fix the broken glass door in front and clean up the smell of that horrific odor in there. If they want to stay in business.
