Granted they all make the same pizza. I just love ledos and this one is near home so I go often. Their cheese steaks are awesome as well. Never had a bad meal here. I've eaten at Ledo's Pizza since I moved to Maryland from NOLA. I've never had a problem with the pizza, or the food to be honest. I was watching football on Sunday and wanted to get a pizza. My 8 year old has never had Ledo's so I decided to let him try it. My son is a pizza snob in that he likes ONLY Pappa John's and has rebuffed trying any other pizza. Once he saw it I think the idea of small bite size made him curious. He did like it and pretty much ate the whole pie. I've had other food items, salads, wings (they're ok), etc. Ledo's is not my go to, but they have good service, prices are reasonable, and they are close to where I live. read more

This was my first time eating at Ledo Pizza. My friends hyped it up before going that it was one of the best pizza places in Hagerstown. The family style salad was very good. The pizza was good but not excellent hence the four stars. What was excellent was the customer service. Very friendly staff who were accommodating to our large group. And they kept up on the drink orders which can be hard with 10 + people. I would eat here again if I were in Hagerstown. I would also recommend this local spot to others. read more

They are not properly following Covid-19 guidelines. Walked in to get my to go order and employees had masks on but not the proper way, not covering their nose, pulled down. As I was waiting two people walked in to place orders neither had a mask and no one said anything and order was taken. Shame on Ledo Pizza. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this pizza. Why? Because it reminds me of my mothers homemade pizza.Once I found this place via the employees at the hospital, I couldnt get enough of it. Their salads are also very delicious and the italian dressing is to die for. This seems to be a hometown staple. I am so glad that they have one in Rockville SC. Although its 1 hr away I dont mind the drive. The staff at this location was friendly. They didnt get my order correct the first time but made it right before I left town. Great place to come eat! They offer everything from soups, salads, pizza, subs, desserts, pasta dishes etc. Their salads are amazing!! Although they do not take reservations, they do have a large room in the back to accommodate larger parties. Ledo's is definitely one of our go to restaurants in the area. I'm a real fan of their subs, especially their steak n cheese! The bread is a panini bread and they use fresh Romaine lettuce. The only drag about going here is their parking lot. Just tried calling from around 815 to 820p wouldn't answer the phone, they post closing at 9p currently. So I drive there and get there at 840, they refuse to serve me saying they're shut down and I ask for owner contact info and if there's a manager i can talk to which the counter person refused saying she didn't know and I can call back tomorrow. Lazy half assed service. Wouldn't fly at the food service buisiness I work at currently either. Damn shame, I love Ledo Pizza, but this will be the last time this store disappointed me. I have not been happy with Ledos the last two times we have gotten it. That was tonight and two weeks ago. The crust has gotten way way way too thin. You can't even pick it up anymore. I feel bad to give this because I typically don't have bad service but lately it seems the staff has been getting lazier and rude. I attempted to call in an order tonight at 8:45pm and the lady on the phone said they close at 9pm but sign says 10 but whatever, I tell her it's fine I'm down the street and she hangs up on me. I call back immediately after and another employee, gentleman this time, picks up and recites the same thing. I proceed to inform him it's fine and I'm five minutes away, tell him my order and he says hold on and hangs up on me. I believe this was extremely rude and careless of them to do for a customer. It wasn't until my boyfriend called from another numbers and informs them about ordering a pizza and they take his order. Had a quick lunch with the wife and kids, got a 14 inch bacon pizza which normally has crispy strips of bacon but this time they were barely cooked and barely any bacon. Other than that the pizza was good. The appetizer breadsticks are good and the dipping sauce was okay. The wife got the alfredo with sausage which is crumbled sausage with good glamour. Ledo's used to be so good, and by used to I mean 4-5 years ago. I'd say we like to try and give it a shot about every 8-9 months, hoping they have changed or that all the complaints have finally gotten through to someone who cares. I think it's safe to say that's not going to happen, and I'm happy to say we have tried it for the last time. We get carry out, and my fiancé loves Chicken Parmesan, and has ordered it several times in hopes it gets better. It doesn't. The chicken is ALWAYS chewy and over cooked. That's the only thing consistent with this meal. They serve it with noodles. Sometimes you get enough for 3 people, someone's you barely get a child's serving. Usually you'll get some somewhat burnt garlic bread, but usually they forget to give it to you. Their buffalo chicken pizza was delicious. Once. I had it about 18 months ago and I loved it.. I've tried it 3 times since then and each time it gets worse. Barely any chicken, or buffalo sauce. Totally flavorless. The salad I got this last time (this evening) was warm. Lettuce was wilted and brown. And SURPRISE!! They forgot my dressing. The staff is usually clueless, so don't bother asking about menu items. When ordering the chicken parm, we asked about extra sauce. She asked "sauce for what".. I gave it two stars because pizza is my favorite food, and the steak and cheese is usually pretty good. read more

I went with hubby n we had Steven as our server. He was super familiar with menu, all suggestions were on point! He gave service with a smile, and super considerate! I wish I lived in MD so that I could eat regularly at Ledo's. I visited Hagerstown back in December to see family. We ordered two HUGE pizzas along with a small gluten free one. Everything was perfectly tasty and hot and beyond amazing. The pizza looked great, cut into squares with one of each topping we ordered in every single individual square. Yum! We really love Ledo's pizza, but this location has gone sooooo down hill. We ordered carry out & when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready...not that big of a deal. (It's a 25 minute drive from our house) I paid for our food & after standing there waiting for an additional 30 minutes they finally realized that they had never placed my order. Nice. After 15 more minutes they refunded my money & gave us 2 pizzas instead of 1 (the 2nd was made by mistake for a non-existing customer) To top off the experience when I asked where my Buffalo wings were...the cooks behind the counter laughed. One of the best calzones I've ever tasted....and this is coming from a New Yorker! The calzone bread itself is very tasty. It's not doughy at all. It has a crispy crust and the filling is very good. I had a meat lovers calzone, so it had cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. They also have a great dipping sauce. If you ever find yourself in Hagerstown, give this place a try.
