This is the second time I ordered DoorDash from this location. As usual, the food was good. But it always is. The 2 and only times I have ordered from this location I ordered a giant and didn't recieve one. The employees are obviously clueless or they just enjoy stealing money. Please don't go to this place. read more

This location was the best. We love Jersey Mikes and so glad we found one while traveling. There were three guys working the counter. The guys knew everything about everything and remembered my order like it was second nature to them. Pleasant young men and very friendly. Food was fresh, good and the order was correct in every way. I have eaten at Jersey Mike's on multiple occasions and have enjoyed their subs every time. I always get the same thing the club sub which is turkey ham and bacon on Rosemary parmesan I get it Mike's way which has lettuce tomato onion oregano salt oil and vinegar my preference is no tomato and onion with extra vinegar. Now there are some major Pros to going to Jersey Mike's and I'm going to list them off here. -The Bread is made fresh every day and the Rosemary Parmesan bread is amazing on its own. - The lunch meat is sliced in front of the customer which makes me happy because lunch meat that is left out for a long time can become slimy. - The veggies are sliced fresh every single day one of the Jersey Mike's employees informed me that the veggies are from a local Farm which is pretty cool. - The selection of toppings for the sandwiches is almost endless but the best way to go is to go Mike's way. - The roast beef is trimmed and baked daily. - Every experience that I have had at Jersey Mike's has been very clean. Each staff member is at different stations preparing the sandwiches. There are a couple of things that you should know before you decide to go to Jersey Mike's - It is an expensive sandwich however for the quality and flavor of the sandwich I would be more than willing to pay the price that they have it set for. Not a 5 dollar thrown together sub. - The sandwich does not travel well, if you have it delivered it gets very soggy from the oil and vinegar if you order it Mike's way the best thing to do is eat it there or in the car. read more

This place is the bomb! The service was quick even though the line was super long on a Sunday afternoon. I'm all about the #13 and getting it Mike's Way. Restaurant was clean and waitstaff were polite. Never had any issues with any of the Jersey Mike's stores I've been too, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm driving through the area. read more

Dirtiest establishment. Trash overflowing. Work counter full of crumbs and other fillings. Not one table was clean, all had crumbs and were sticky. Tiptoed on the floor since it was so gross. read more

This place is having some serious growing pains. New to here .... don't go till they figure it out. Used to crave theses subs, they have ruined it for me. We don't have jersey mikes where we live. We were excited to stop here on our road trip. customer service was terrible at this location. Multiple employees gave us attitude and had no idea what was going on. The person that gave me my change also touched my sand which to cut it with the same gloves on and with a dirty knife! Then multiple employees came over, opened my sandwich and touched it again without changing their gloves to try to figure out what it was because they couldn't remember. Ive worked in the food business and I'm honestly a very patient person when it comes to these things but this was very unacceptable. If we hadn't already paid we would've walked out right then and there. read more

I was born and raised just outside of Baltimore. Nothing will ever beat the cheesesteak subs that you can get there! I figured that Jersey was close enough to Baltimore, they would be the best in Morgantown! I was absolutely thrilled when they first opened! I ordered subs from there during the first few years that they were open. They were good, and closer to what I was used to in Baltimore, but nothing to brag about. About a year ago, my brother came in from Baltimore. We were craving our Baltimore steak subs. I started to tell him-how we finally had a sub shop pretty close to what we had at home.. I ordered those subs and brought them home for us to eat. I have never been so embarrassed or disappointed in my entire life! I'm not sure what happened over there, but I will never order from them again! It was an embarrassment to say the least! I felt sick after eating that mess! The guys that were in there that waited on me? It is pretty obvious why the food sucks so bad now. They could care less about you! What a joke. That jersey attitude was just shining through! Tend to be slow and don't have enough staff on hand during rush times. Food is great and has been everytime I have gone. Down side is, don't go for a hot sub after 8 because they turn their grill off before they close. read more

It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. When the company began franchising in 1987, Peter renamed the business Jersey Mike's Subs. Today, there are 1,500 Jersey Mike's locations open and in development nationwide.

I pulled up and received my food but then forgot to wait on my change. I gave them a $50.00 bill, and my meal was almost 13.00. I didn't realize I forgot to get my change until I got home. I immediately called and spoke with Austin, the manager. I explained what had happened, and he told me they had my change and could pick it up. I advised him that I live about 45 minutes away and couldn't get there until the first of next week. Austin told me he could meet me somewhere to give me my money as he lives close to me. I was totally shocked at his thoughtfulness and kindness. He went above and beyond his duty, as this was totally my fault. I met him at the location and he gave me my money back and a complimentary card!!!! I never expected him to go out of his way to do this for a total stranger. I offered him a gratuity, but he would not accept it. He said it was no big deal, smiled, and said, " Have a nice day." I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for their honesty and his gesture of kindness. It was so refreshing to have this happen and know that there are still trustworthy and dependable people in this world.
