This is the second time I ordered DoorDash from this location. As usual, the food was good. But it always is. The 2 and only times I have ordered from this location I ordered a giant and didn't recieve one. The employees are obviously clueless or they just enjoy stealing money. I have eaten at Jersey Mike's on multiple occasions and have enjoyed their subs every time. I always get the same thing the club sub which is turkey ham and bacon on Rosemary parmesan I get it Mike's way which has lettuce tomato onion oregano salt oil and vinegar my preference is no tomato and onion with extra vinegar. Now there are some major Pros to going to Jersey Mike's and I'm going to list them off here. -The Bread is made fresh every day and the Rosemary Parmesan bread is amazing on its own. - The lunch meat is sliced in front of the customer which makes me happy because lunch meat that is left out for a long time can become slimy. - The veggies are sliced fresh every single day one of the Jersey Mike's employees informed me that the veggies are from a local Farm which is pretty cool. - The selection of toppings for the sandwiches is almost endless but the best way to go is to go Mike's way. - The roast beef is trimmed and baked daily. - Every experience that I have had at Jersey Mike's has been very clean. Each staff member is at different stations preparing the sandwiches. There are a couple of things that you should know before you decide to go to Jersey Mike's - It is an expensive sandwich however for the quality and flavor of the sandwich I would be more than willing to pay the price that they have it set for. Not a 5 dollar thrown together sub. - The sandwich does not travel well, if you have it delivered it gets very soggy from the oil and vinegar if you order it Mike's way the best thing to do is eat it there or in the car. read more

We don't have jersey mikes where we live. We were excited to stop here on our road trip. customer service was terrible at this location. Multiple employees gave us attitude and had no idea what was going on. The person that gave me my change also touched my sand which to cut it with the same gloves on and with a dirty knife! Then multiple employees came over, opened my sandwich and touched it again without changing their gloves to try to figure out what it was because they couldn't remember. Ive worked in the food business and I'm honestly a very patient person when it comes to these things but this was very unacceptable. I was born and raised just outside of Baltimore. Nothing will ever beat the cheesesteak subs that you can get there! I figured that Jersey was close enough to Baltimore, they would be the best in Morgantown! I was absolutely thrilled when they first opened! I ordered subs from there during the first few years that they were open. They were good, and closer to what I was used to in Baltimore, but nothing to brag about. About a year ago, my brother came in from Baltimore. We were craving our Baltimore steak subs. I started to tell him-how we finally had a sub shop pretty close to what we had at home.. I ordered those subs and brought them home for us to eat. I have never been so embarrassed or disappointed in my entire life!
