Here's the issue, almost every time or every other time I make a order (Using the mobile tracker) I will show up when it says my order is done then I get to the window and find out they are just putting it in the oven because someone that ordered AFTER ME ordered the same thing and is at the store so to make it convenient for them and the other person they just give them MY FOOD instead of having that person wait. Instead they treat my food like its a Little Caesars hot n ready and the other person doesn't have to wait for their food at all and I have to wait TWICE as long for using the system how its designed. If it were once or a few times no big deal, but this is often and consistent. I mentioned this to a staff and he was like "Yeah I agree, but its not my call." meaning the manager encourages this. Take your money elsewhere to someone that values your business and doesn't give your food you waited for to other people.
