We ordered to pick up - took 15 mins and it was ready for us by the time we made it in to pick it up. It was great pizza (I love me thin crust) and it was delicious. We have half and half (pepperoni/ sausage, pepper, mushroom, olive) and very delicious! Price wise a medium was about $18 if my memory serves me right, so don't try to compete with the deals of the mainstream pizza guys... but treat yourself to this pizza.

Never came to check if we needed refills and never came back to ask if we needed anything. We were going to buy a gift certificate for our Doctors but decided against it! The food was wonderful but the staff all around was not acceptable. We were there at 3:00 p.m the place was empty. Very disappointing.

Here's the issue, almost every time or every other time I make a order (Using the mobile tracker) I will show up when it says my order is done then I get to the window and find out they are just putting it in the oven because someone that ordered AFTER ME ordered the same thing and is at the store so to make it convenient for them and the other person they just give them MY FOOD instead of having that person wait. Instead they treat my food like its a Little Caesars hot n ready and the other person doesn't have to wait for their food at all and I have to wait TWICE as long for using the system how its designed. If it were once or a few times no big deal, but this is often and consistent. I mentioned this to a staff and he was like "Yeah I agree, but its not my call." meaning the manager encourages this. We placed our order at the bar, and the tap beer wasn't working, so we ordered bottles and chilled glasses. One of the glasses had a chip on the glass lip, and we were only given a new glass when the bartender came to the table and verified there was a chip in the glass. We weren't given a new beer. The half order of nachos were great, and were served without plates, which we found. The line to reorder bottled beer was 10 minutes. By then, the nachos were cold, and the flies inside Zorbas kept landing on them. In our experience, food was decent, service and fly issues are one star, and the waterfront location is beautiful, and 5 stars. We will likely look for a new place next time we visit.
