Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.

We signed a contract on September 16, 2025, paid $10,000 to begin the project, and were told the work would take approximately 7-10 days. In my experience, the project was not completed within that timeframe. After several months, major items remained unfinished, including flooring, doors, closet hardware, and other agreed-upon work. Some painting was incomplete or, in my opinion, poorly finished, and materials and equipment were left behind at the property. We ultimately had to complete or hire others to complete much of the remaining work ourselves, including carpet removal, flooring, electrical work, painting, and door installation. I also incurred additional inconvenience and expense related to storing our belongings while the project remained unfinished. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again.
