I then contacted Metuchen on the morning of our flight, was quoted a lower price and our car arrived early. We had the pleasure of meeting JB in his very clean, new ride and off we went. We also arranged for pickup a little over a week later and sure enough, JB was calling me as soon as we got off the plane. I won't be forgetting this company again and highly recommend it. JB is very friendly, courteous and a heck of a nice guy. Not only that but he even delayed his Sunday grocery shopping in order to be there for us as our plane had arrived late.

Instead, I found Yellow Cab on Yelp and took a chance. The driver answered my phone call right away, picked me up, and didn't mind stopping by a bank to pick up cash for the fare. I needed him to pick me up a second time at 4:30am in the morning and drop me off at EWR. He confirmed the night before via phone, and also arrived right on time. I stupidly forgot my wallet and we were 75% of the way there. So embarrassing! But he turned around with no complaint and got me back to the airport in time for my flight. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism (I'm used to cabbies in NJ being rude to me) and gave him 3x the fare, plus tip. Overall, great customer service, and safe driving skills :D
