It will introduce you to movements that you may not do well, increase your mobility and cardio fitness. There are many levels of people who participate, all growing together. He asked me for ID which I showed him, then he started to say oh didn't you come in here a year ago etc, so I said yes I did. He then tells me "oh your ID says retired you can join at the full rate" and "I told you last time that im not giving you the discount we offer ...(that's not true at all ), What he said was that it was NO ISSUE".. He started to examine my ID, hold it up to the light literally about 5 different times ,,,Not sure what that was about...I said Frank, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY ID- YOURE EXAMINING IT LIKE ITS A FAKE $100 BILL OR SOMETHING, I said is there an issue?????..and he says " OH NOTHING I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT. When I recently visited(July), the mold smell had decreased, but the floors still hadn't been repaired, causing dust to fly everywhere. Despite a long time passing, management only expected understanding from its members instead of fixing the issues, which led me to cancel my membership. ​However, I found out I had already been charged for June and July without even realizing it. I exchanged emails with the Assistant Manager regarding this issue, but she refused to provide a refund for those months, strictly citing their policy. I told her I understand their stance, but in fairness, I would be leaving a review about this experience. I have been a member here for over 5 years, but in the end, it is clear that they do not care about their members' health or safety. Horrible facility management and completely unfair billing. Avoid this place.

Yeah, this is probably one of the worst gems I ever went to. Meaning there are many men who would just come through the side door and then walk through the locker room. I would alert management of it, but they really did not seem to care. And much like many other scam gyms in the area when you cancel they do not process a cancellation. Luckily I had taken a picture of the cancellation form that I signed, but then they told me that they just were not going to accept the cancellation and they only told me this months after I left. Luckily my bank sided with me, but I would definitely warn anyone against going here. They also shared the parking lot with a trucking company and I would constantly be blocked and not be able to enter because they were just so many trucks blocking the entrance and exit of the parking lot. I really did not feel that they honored any part of the contract. They also were never open the times they said they were going to, they often closed early or would close for random hours throughout the day. I think Golds Gym in general can be very good but this one is not managed well.
