I've had a very bad experience with Jes I have contracts that have been what I would call forged I have work that is but I would call atrocious I have tons of pictures I have bait and switch and tons of pictures let me share. I had jobs they started without signed contracts. I had contracts for one job which they did not do and started a different job that they did not have contracts for. I have proof of all this this is a unethical company and then they changed ownership and tried to blame it on the old owners. read more

The salesperson sold a job on a lie!! Once the crew started they found more than expected (fair enough). The foreman Aaron was excellent with being transparent about everything!! The supervisor came out to see the problems I was having, the problems they found, and how to move forward correctly. 4 business days later and I have yet to hear back from anyone!! Meanwhile, I have an open construction site in my basement. Bottom line..... I was sold a job off of a lie and sold another job that wasn't necessary. They did come back to complete the repairs that I approved and removed the unnecessary drainage I was sold. Steer clear of this company. did a crawlspace encapsulation a few years ago. Mold grew back once and it was sprayed by. Now I have mold again. They want me to pay $450 to prove that the mold is live. I've already had two people say that it more than likely is live mold. They refuse to call me back or discuss some sort of solution to this problem. I feel they should be responsible a mold remediation. They are refusing and now have cut contact with me. Not very good customer business. And believe me I was told several times that there was no way mold would return to an encapsulated crawlspace. read more

A friend showed me a corner of a house where a backhoe hit while digging in drainage lines from the gutter. Just a piece of the cement corner was chipped. The chip was six inches long and less then three inches deep. The homeowner called Jes Foundation Repair company and they told the homeowner that the corner would have to be replaced and reconstructed. The price for the repair was just under $ 34,000 If a company has to do such bidding on a job to expand the business, then I think that they should be taken out of business for their corrupt ways. read more

After a night of 4 inches plus of rain we were awakened to an alarm in the basement. Dang..... sump pump running but not pumping water out. Humm.... so I quickly hooked up my old reliable sub pump and waited till the morning to call for service help. After an hour or so I was called by Alex Wilson and advised he would be by before lunchtime. Sure enough he was..... Alex along with Nathan Patterson and Charles Byers soon diagnosed the issue and had repairs done in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently as a team to get my emergency repair done. He got angry when I called and told him I had changed my mind about using Jes. He asked, in a very condescending way, if I had been led astray? He finally just hung up on me. I contacted the company about a minor moisture issue a couple of years ago. They advised me to do some work that cost me about $12K to complete. I trusted them as experts in their field and so agreed to the work. Now a couple of years later, the same problem emerged. I contacted the company who sent out a tech to evaluate the situation. He said that the original work had not included everything it should have and that it would cost an additional several thousand dollars to correct. I am appalled that the company would not stand behind their work-only offering a10% discount on the corrective measures that should have been done originally. It was 2 hr tutorial with total invasive drilling to put in a sump pump. It was the high pressure sales that turned us off. We admitted we had an appoint with Seal Tite and with Dri Basement. He was so desperate on a 10k job. Then the high pressure sales to finance a deposit. I've since received better more reasonable install on a sump pump.
