The issue still persists and they actually damaged my property in the process, eventually they just stopped responding. They washed out concrete in my drains, forgot to install the drainage tile, installed the drains in the wrong spot and right next to my foundation, cut the direct TV line, and left the space a mess. If that all wasn't enough, the quality of the work looks really rough. The grate drain wouldn't even drain because they filled it with concrete as well. After that, they took the time to schedule a free estimate, during which they even caulked some obvious but small holes in my roof, free of charge! Finally they started work three days after completing a very reasonable quote. They showed up early and worked effectively and efficiently to finish the work the same day! They took time to show me exactly what they were doing, and took great pictures and video in case I missed anything. I cannot wait to use MCN again for my next project!
