I heard the customer before me thank her for fitting her in. she walked out of the room and refused to discuss it. Clearly I wasn't valued as a customer, with no consideration of my time and schedule. Extremely poor communication skills. I've been going to Jess for a few months now and she's amazing. For those that are skeptical or fearful of waxing or getting a brazilian she will put you at ease. For a procedure that can be very uncomfortable, Jess is professional, fast and thorough. Her products are really gentle and good quality. No sticky residue or irritation to the skin. Jess is located in the Paia plaza behind pearl. It's a little hard to find but you need to walk past the paid parking lot. She has clear signage once you get to the door. You have to walk through this pretty creepy corridor lol, but don't let that deter you because OH MY GOD JESS IS AMAZING. After dealing with several other maui wax businesses who were totally unprofessional and nightmares I desperately was looking for someone and came across Jess. She replied IMMEDIATELY!! She was soooo flexible and easy to talk to. I loved her immediately!!! I was able to book a same day appointment and she answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. The office space is CLEAN, calming, friendly and warm and smells like tuberose. Also, it's cool since the weather has been so hot! The wax is not sugar, but it's not hot either. It's warm and just the right temperature. Usually wax is invasive and hurts but Jess is so gentle and quick you barely feel it. I'm so happy with my lash lift and tint results! They came out looking long and wispy. It makes such a huge difference. The whole process was relaxing, and it wasn't too long either. I went in for a facial after a long time of not having one, so you know I was in need! It was my first time ever being at Jess's and I was completely blown away. I was really relaxed and ready for some TLC. The products smell absolutely amazing. Everything she put on me I had to know what it was! She was very educated and explained what was in each product and the results I would see after using them. My skin is very sensitive, so I am always weary of what I put on my face but there was no need to worry with Jess. She was very gentle but got the job done.
