Called Jesse on March 1st to inquire about having my Queen Palm trimmed. Jesse quoted me a price of $100 and we agreed to having his team come out the following day. Jesse said that his team would call me when they were on their way. Jesse requested I text him my address and I did so at 12:50pm on March 1st. In the text, I also asked about an approximate time his Team would be coming out to my house. I did not get a response back. On March 2nd, I text Jesse "was just checking that your team would be coming to my house today." I did not get a response. At 5:12pm, I called Jesse's cell phone and it went straight to voice mail. At 5:15pm I text Jesse again thanking him for wasting my day as I didn't receive a call nor text on what was happening concerning the trimming of my tree and that I would be writing a negative review.
