I originally was going to get highlights and after talking about it with her she suggested ombre and I was so hooked on the idea! When she was done... It looked really uneven... but I don't like to complain or anything and she seemed so happy, so I figured it might look better when I can play with my hair and stuff... I got home and took pictures and it was WORSE than I thought! From the back the blonde was diagonal, on the left the blonde started at my ear and on the right it was below my shoulders. It was SO terrible I wanted to cry. Sunday last minute I got an opening with Erica and thank GOD she was available. She made sure to talk to me about everything she was thinking of doing and the final product was AMAZING! I'm SO happy with my hair and I get so many compliments.
