Jessica's has been a lifesaver for our family. This is a family run laundromat. They have everything you need for self service laundry and big machines for comforters. They have a fluff and fold service that is the most reasonably priced in the area. Our family first started using fluff and fold after vacations. The service is so prompt and meticulous that we now use it much more frequently. I also volunteer with Belleville East Marching Band and Jessica's cleaned their uniforms this year. They did such a wonderful job that the other volunteers commented how easy the process was, and how much burden it took off of us. Head on in. This laundromat is pretty nice! I wish there were signs to help with where's the washers and where's the dryers; especially for newcomers like myself. The price to wash was $2.25 which isn't bad but is a little more than I used to pay where I previously lived (it was $1.25 there). The drying prices are UNBEATABLE. 25¢ for a dryer that only needs 8 minutes to dry a large load? Yes please! The hours are pretty good! Open at 6am(5am on Sunday) and last wash is at 8:45pm. There's baskets and tables to help moving and folding clothes an easy task. There's plenty of room and places to wash/dry you laundry along with seats so you can sit to watch your stuff. If you don't have detergent then there's a place to pay for it near the back. Overall, it's a nice and friendly environment where you can come to clean your clothes with ease! My only complaint is the lack of signs for newcomers to know where they're going. read more

If I could put zero stars I would DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE I had 20 minutes before I had to be at my job and I still had to dry my clothes. I asked the employee working there if they would be able to put my dry clothes in a bag once they were done so that I could come in and pick them up in the morning since I wasn't able to sit there with them while they dried. She said that would be okay and to just leave my phone number. So I'm on my way home from work when I get a text saying your laundry is ready to pick up and that my total was $20. I was confused and texted them back asking why I was charged $20, and they replied that I requested for the employee to fold my clothes and that it's already been done. I explained that that was not what I had asked her to do and they didn't reply. I come in that night to pick up my clothes and the lady working there told me that I owed $20. I again explained the situation and she said I still owed $20 regardless. I told her that I didn't think I needed to pay $20 since I didn't ask for my clothes to be folded. I explained to her that I had to work and that I needed my clothes to accommodate the dress code at my job and she said you still owe $20 and that if I had a problem with it I should talk to the owner. So I asked for the owners number and she kept saying "I'm not giving it to you im not giving it to you" Which made me understandably mad so I raised my voice. "I need my clothes please just give me the owners number just give me the owners number" "No no get out of here before I call the police" I told her to go ahead and call them and that I would wait. At this point I'm not sure wether this was an employee or a customer of the laundromat but a man ran up to me and said that if I don't get the f out of there he was going to bash my skull in and he was pointing a black spiked nightclub at me!! There were kids there and everything! Thankfully another man god bless him came between me and the man who was threatening me and by this time the police had came. I explained the situation and they went to talk to the employee who wouldn't give me the managers phone number. She LIED and said that I had left my clothes several times to be folded and that I had refused to pay the $20 and they were finally making me pay this time. Which if that was the case then why did you let me take them instead of calling the police like you did this time?? The police told me that that employee had banned me and to call and talk to the manager in the morning but advised that it would probably be best to pay the $20 since the other option would be to go to civil court. So I left and called back in the morning and the lady who answered was very rude even though I was speaking in a polite manner. I'm not sure if that was the same employee but whoever it was was very short and unfriendly when I asked to speak to the manager. I wasn't able to get ahold of them so I decided to go in and pay and the lady said it would be $10 instead of $20. I am appalled at this experience and will be speaking to the owner. read more

I used the drop of laundry service to have 15 round table cloths pressed for my wedding. I had called around for quotes. When I called Jessica's laundry I gave the measurements of the table cloths, number of items and timeframe in which I needed them. I was quoted a price (lower than other quotes) and happily dropped off my order. The day before I had scheduled pick up I received a call that my order was complete but that I had been misquoted on the price and it was going to be double the original quote to pick up. I was not called prior to the job being done to be informed of a price change so I was not willing to pay the difference and expected to pay what I was quoted. Had I been given the new quote before the work was done I'd have taken my order elsewhere. I was told that the girl was new and gave me the wrong price and that I should have known that that size job would cost more. I am not in the laundry business and have no idea what the costs are! I was then told that the prices are listed on the desk in the store...great, but I got the quote over the phone and expected that the person I spoke to knew what they were talking about! Not my job to figure out the estimate! I went to pick the order up, after receiving the call they were finished and was told that they were taken home by an employee and ironed at their home! I'd never authorized that, but had to make another trip back the next day to get them. Instead of hanging them, like originally agreed, they had recorded them and placed them back in a box, requiring repressing...which we did ourselves after paying.
