I took it to Prime Service Cleaners in O'Fallon, always my family's go-to cleaner, and walked in with it. They immediately told me what I had already guessed; there was little chance this dress could withstand what it would take to clean it even if it were even possible to clean it. It would take a miracle. But the process was most likely to simply destroy the dress due to its delcate fabric and tassles. I asked them to try anyway and signed the release form. Today, we picked up that dress and to say I was positively stunned would be the understatement of the century. This dress now looks near-perfect, like a true museum piece. I can't even comprehend what took to make this piece come back to life. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your truly amazing masterful preservation of a family treasure.

I take my baskets from & to my car, all by my adult-self! I pulled into the parking lot and found all of the Handicapped parking spots taken. Later, I found out that none of the 4 people who parked in those spots were disbled. I parked, opened the car door and became overwhelmed with the smell of skunk weed and the sound of booming radios. I should've turned around and went right back home! I didn't. This Laundromat is abused. A sweet Attendant was on shift while I was there. She cleaned all of the unused machines & dryers twice. She mopped the floors twice. It didn't make one bit of difference. My clothes had a sour-like smell after they were washed. That means that the washing machines needed to be cleaned. There were no folding tables. I didn't feel safe & the Laundromat is in need of a serious upgrade. This my first & last trip to this location.

They have a fluff and fold service that is the most reasonably priced in the area. Our family first started using fluff and fold after vacations. The service is so prompt and meticulous that we now use it much more frequently. I also volunteer with Belleville East Marching Band and Jessica's cleaned their uniforms this year. They did such a wonderful job that the other volunteers commented how easy the process was, and how much burden it took off of us. Head on in. Everyone is super nice, so nice you'll start heading in there weekly.

The drying prices are UNBEATABLE. 25¢ for a dryer that only needs 8 minutes to dry a large load? Yes please! The hours are pretty good! Open at 6am(5am on Sunday) and last wash is at 8:45pm. There's baskets and tables to help moving and folding clothes an easy task. There's plenty of room and places to wash/dry you laundry along with seats so you can sit to watch your stuff. If you don't have detergent then there's a place to pay for it near the back. Overall, it's a nice and friendly environment where you can come to clean your clothes with ease! My only complaint is the lack of signs for newcomers to know where they're going.

When I picked it up, I was told there was a wine stain on the back and it was very difficult to get out. I was livid and told her I should have been called about this BEFORE any cleaning as the skirt was brought there BRAND NEW. I argued with her and to no avail, she was not accountable and would not compensate me for the skirt nor offer complimentary dry cleaning for the value of the skirt. We have continued doing business with Premium Cleaners since then, bringing in weekly orders and repeatedly asking about the missing pants. Each time, we have essentially been given the same response: "A manager will call you." That call never came. After nearly five months of trying to resolve this through the store, we finally started calling around ourselves and eventually obtained a "management line." At this point, I simply do not have the time to continue chasing a business to address property they lost while it was in their possession. This should have been a very simple customer-service issue: locate the pants or compensate us for them. Instead, it has turned into months of unanswered requests and no meaningful resolution.

The lady who took my laundry was super helpful and asked about any special instructions or requests. I had my own detergent which they used. I dropped off my laundry on a Saturday around 11 am and it was ready by 3pm. The pickup was quick and cost me a very reasonable $19. I will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.
