My sister and I got massages here last Christmas. It's true, you can hear everything outside of the room, which is not relaxing at all. But worse than that- all I heard was my massage therapist chewing her gum the whole time and my sister had scratches all over her back because her massage therapist had long fake nails and she said she was in pain. The Atmosphere is great, but way over priced. I tried to plan a nice 10 th anniversary. It had been a few years since we had massages so I thought that would be a good way to go. I was to be billed $600 after an hour massage, head massage and had planned sauna. Doubling the price I was quoted. They were gracious, we did not do the sauna, too. We were in town visiting my in-laws and my sweet mother in- law got me a massage here. The student that gave me the massage was not the problem. She did fine, other than no one disclosing to me that she was a student up front. My complaint is the walls are not sound proof at all. I could hear everything that was being said at the front desk. The room was being used next to mine and I can tell you the lady's life story. In my opinion the one thing you want to invest in is soundproofing your walls so your clients can relax and enjoy their massages. I couldn't tune them out if I had wanted, it sounded like they were in the room with us. Also, the waiting room was so dark and musty, it did not leave you with the feeling of cleanliness at all. I love to support small and local business, but this is the one time I would tell you to find a chain spa place so you at least can relax. read more

Run away!!!!!! Never step foot inside of this place! My husbands credit card was held " on file" and charged without ANY Authorization! I was called a thief and petty by the owners husbands. After my husband spent $257 in gift certificates to find out the BOGO gift certificates only have a 30 day window they can be used, and regular gift certificates only have a 90 day window. ‍ Since there was not a year to date printed on my gift card how was I supposed to know. I would like to point out allegedly they dismiss and tried to force one of their therapist to come in while being sick. The therapist ended up having COVID. Me and my spouse went for a much needed couple's massage. We loved the atmosphere and its ambiance. The front desk was very friendly. I would recommend but be sure to arrive earlier in order to complete the questionnaire, otherwise your massage time is reduced. Not only do they not provide anything showing what kind of tips are left for the LMT, but they try to force you to come in even if you have nothing scheduled without paying you to be "engaged to wait" . I booked a massage pkg for my daughter from my son-in-law for Valentines Day so it would be a surprise. I expressed the importance of her not knowing who paid. I even called back to make sure none of the other employees would tell her because I knew she would wonder how her husband had pulled off the surprise. Lowell put me on hold, ran my card, came back and told me all was good. He was to call my daughter and tell her the gift certificate was waiting at the spa from her husband. After the massage, when she was leaving the spa Lowell told my daughter the credit card hadn't gone through and was going to make her pay again. Not only did they ruin the surprise, they were going to charge twice. My son-in-law had to call me to call the spa. It was a huge mess. When I called they would not talk to me. I called back repeatedly with no answer. Then I called from a different number and surprisingly, Lowell answered the phone. He said it had been a really hectic day and he was sorry but it didn't show that it had been a gift certificate. I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter for her 16th birthday. I could take all day to do this review but I'll try to get to the point. They had us wait an hour past our appointment time. Our service was supposed to be an hour, so we thought. 35 min into our service they told us they were done. They charged me full price minus the 10% discount they gave for doing a review. My first review was based on the over all feel of the establishment. I did a second review after our experience. An hour after my review I got a call from the manager LOWELL. He told me how sorry he was and that our service should have been 90 min not 60, and we only got 35 min. He asked for us to come back on the house to show that is not how they run their business. So I rescheduled to give another chance. When we arrived for our next appointment they were closed, locked up tight. No phone call to me, no note on the door, no message on there end about being closed. So I called LOWELL. He once again apologized and gave me all the reasons why there were closed, but no excused for not calling me. He thwn told me that I deserve a full refund and to still have a service performed to prove to me that they don't do this to ppl. The next day he went back on what he had said and I demanded my refund. He told me he processed my refund but 3 days later I still didn't have it. Then he told me that the receptionist had made a mistake and gave me a credit for their company. He continued to lie to me and I had to go through the bank to get my refund. Based on my experience and other reviews I have read this company does this to ppl quite often. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

If I could give them a negative 5 star rating I would! I was told this place was great. I made my husband a 90 minute massage appointment. He arrived 15 min early and filled out his paperwork. A girl took him back and then called him by the wrong name then asked him to go back to the waiting room. Another girl came out took him back and then told him she could only give an hour massage, he said okay. She gave him at most 40 min of shaking and flopping his arms. This place was highly recommended by several people, I, however, have had either weird or uncomfortable situations every massage I've had here. The first time the therapist came into the waiting room sans shoes, wasn't listening to me when I talked about pressure/needing something different, and talked the entire time she massaged me - no one can relax like that. I changed masseuses for the next massage and wasn't comfortable with him either. I changed once again for the last two massages I had there and the girl had attitude for the first one (which should have told me how the second would go) and with the second one, I was late by 3 minutes (which, please take out of my hands on time, it's my fault) and was told the therapist would be with me soon. 15 minutes later, she came out and we began our massage. About 15 min into it, she realized the time and asked me how late I was and when I told her, she began trashing the front desk person in front of me. I understand being frustrated by the front desk girl, but there is never a need to throw your coworkers under the bus. The masseuse told me that "if her client came, she would have to stop our massage" and seemed very focused on getting out of there. They said I'd get added time the next time I came in, but I won't be coming back. read more

I have used Jessica's spa for several of my massages and have enjoyed the service that I had received until now .. I am a nurse and have worked in caring for COVID 19 pts .. because of the increased risk , we take more than the usual precautions for not only our protection but for our families , our neighbors etc.. since businesses have slowly been reopening most if not all , have questioner that specifically ask if anyone had been exposed to any infected person . On the day that I was to get a massage , I answered the question true fully. I even informed the receptionist that I had been exposed .. after she leaves the desk to inform the therapist , the therapist comes and tells me that she cannot do my massage because of the increased risk ;I completely understand. The next day , I receive a phone call from this business and they reschedule my massage for the following week .. the receptionist also informs of the need for educating the community which obviously would include the therapist. As I returned to my scheduled appointment , I am guided to the room awaiting for my much needed massage .. my therapist tells me to get ready . As I'm laying on the table with nothing on except a sheet , the therapist taps on the door , walks into the room and informs me that she does not feel comfortable doing my massage . I'm flabbergasted. So needless to say , I was upset . Their boss made an effort to find someone to do my massage , but after the disappointment, I was not in the mood for a massage. This facility needs intense education on for this virus .. Everyone in the medical field , who care for COVID pts are the safest people .. we take more than the usual precautions. How do we know that people who walk in this establishment are not positive with this virus - no one knows . ? But yet they deny people who risk their lives everyday to care for these sick pts ... Take my advice . Educate yourself because obviously this establishment is CLUELESS. read more
