Honestly, don't rush to give someone credit before real problems happen. She might seem extremely attentive while you're still in the process of working with her. This was my first time buying a house, and I was introduced to her through someone I know. At the beginning, she called nonstop, saying all the right things and promising the best. But once everything was done and I still had questions and issues that needed to be fixed--my God, trying to reach her was nearly impossible. I am truly disappointed that I trusted and worked with someone this irresponsible. Every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail, and even after leaving messages, she takes one or two days--or longer--to respond, if she responds at all. Very well, catchy introduction and good marketting, but that is as far as she can go without seeing the money. Very unprofessional, impatient, and lack of client's interest. She will be quick to make claims and jump to conclusions; and will not work with you in hard cases. The bottom line is, she wants to work with easy and un-informed people so she can make a quick buck. You will find better rate somewhere else for sure. Dont waste time with her. I called her twice in 2 different cases about 5 minutes each, and both cases she could not match or do better than what i was offered by another loan officer - by a wide margin of 30 points. I could have just hang up but then she started to get mad and told me that i wasted her time, her precious 5 minutes on the phone with me, and that i wasnt serious. I guess she didnt want me to shop around to point out how high her rate is. Bottom line, this girl isnt professional and isnt any better than any loan people out there. There is no point in working with her when you can get much better rate with any loan originator out there, and without the insults. I am given her 1 star for unprofessionalism, and 3 for good facebook marketting and presentation. read more
