Comet lost a custom made shirt. They asked for time to see if they could recover it. It looks like they were processed at too high a temperature--clearly a mistake on their part. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any responsibility and refused to offer a refund or any compensation. This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you value your clothing and your money, stay far away. They damaged my property and offered zero accountability. Total scam.

They were unusable Evan after paying over 60 pounds. I convinced my daughter to let me bring them back to Valet for them to attempt to clean. Amazingly they got every single stain out!
