The repair plan listed a $200 "trip charge" to drop off materials, but it wasn't itemized as part of the estimate total, and nowhere on the contract does it state that the total excludes this charge. This would lead any reasonable reader to believe this was already included in the total. After the job, the front office insisted it was an additional charge and claimed they had explained it verbally, even suggesting that I was the one acting in bad faith to find a loophole to get out of paying it. I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.

We have a row of bushes going right under the length of gutter on one side of the house- they even got all the dead stuff that came out of the gutter off of the bushes. Reasonably priced too!
