So far I've used them for: - A repair when a branch went through the roof - A new roof on a rental property - A new roof on our home Their crew is fast, efficient and cleans up very well after themselves On our most recent roof they added extras to bring the roof up to code, without knowing if the insurance company would cover the expense. As their project manager said - it was more important to do the job right. During a break from working on my roof, several of the guys went to blow leaves off the roof of my elderly neighbor, just because it needed doing. I would use Fraser Roofing again and recommend them to anyone who asks. Very very terrible service. The sales portion was excellent. Everything that followed was a nightmare. Poorly installed roof. I have had to call them out multiple times for shingles falling and now we have a leak that they refuse to repair. The guy they sent out John asked if he could run a water hose down the hole (caused by the poor installation) to prove the roof didn't cause the leak. What sense does that make? They pull a team of people who don't speak English. Will leave nails throughout your yard. They dented our drains and are very very slow to respond when their product fails. My neighbors also used this company and have had similar poor experience. Now I have to repair the damage caused by a poor roof installation and take them to court. I will post this on as many sites as possible. Do Not Use This Company! read more

Matt the sales representative has to much going on and couldn't focus his attention on the customer. Was stood up for an appointment. When asked questions about the estimate he talked in circles couldn't get a straight answer. He also added other things to the estimate that is not in their scope of work. Not a good experience. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated he was the area supervisor. Not true Scott is . But he is no better he was supposed to call didn't when I texted him later in the day he told he was busy and I basically interrupted his meal. Wow customer service in my case was not there. The work overall was ok. Couldn't get the gutter guards right that took another week and a half. Read the paperwork carefully question things you don't understand and good luck read more

Not only did Jacob and Nico come out the very next day to tarp a huge hole in my roof, they were unprecented in professionalism and caring... Within minutes the tarping was done. They were patient and non-aggressive on understanding my financing until I can afford a new roof; requesting only a donation to neighbor in need as payment for their hard work. He inspected my roof after some bad storms and found a few loose shingles that he sealed back down for me and minor hail damage but nothing severe enough to require a new roof yet. I really value and appreciate his honesty because he could've said it needed a new roof just to make a sale. He even checked my chimney for bird's nests. I'm pleased with the reputation of the company. I had put out a request for someone to patch a small hole in the roof. The response I got from their salesman was that no job was too big or too small. However, when he got there, the salesman said they have around a minimum of $450 for a job. He gave me a big quote that included fixing many things. It was just not what I wanted, but that's not the company's fault. They have a good reputation, and judging by the quote, they do things with high standards. When it's time to get a whole new roof, I'll contact them again. read more

My experience with Fraser Roofing was not what I expected. I had the opportunity to work with two other roofing companies and decided to go with this one. They sent a crew to put my roof on recently, and by the time I got home, I was shocked to see shingles on top of the garage and chimney sloppily placed and visibly taking away from the look of the house. The contractor who should have supervised the crew was not present that day, and sent a substitute. He was nice, however allowed the crew to leave without fully inspecting the job they did. They left my house dirty, and repositioned some of my security cameras. There are at least two security cameras that were repositioned by the roofing crew. After expressing concern, some members of the crew came and hammered down the shingles on the chimney and top of garage, and eventually other issues have been resolved, however it took up to a month for them to be resolved. Regarding leaving my house dirty, the contractor explained that we should let it rain a couple of times to see if the dirt goes away; if not, Fraser will come and pressure wash the house. I did have to report the flashing and caulk that was placed above the garage--looks bad and needs attention. My husband and I just noticed a huge crack in the driveway cement. We are pretty sure this was caused by the heavy duty truck that was sent for the crew to put trash and debris in. When it was picked up, the driver also drove through our grass and you can still see the tire marks. I am amazed that Fraser has all of these five star ratings, given what has happened with our property in Lilburn. Maybe we were an anomaly?? read more
