After being burned pretty badly by previous contractors, I went into this project with significant trust concerns. As a homeowner, I'm not someone who knows all the technical details, and I found myself having to ask very direct questions about licensing, tax IDs, and insurance just to feel protected. Working with Total Pro Roofing was a huge step forward in rebuilding that trust. MJ came highly recommended by a neighbor, and from the very beginning, he and his team were transparent, patient, and thorough. I wasn't going to be present during the project, so my mother acted as the on-site representative. MJ took the time to meet with her multiple times, provided pamphlets and documentation, and promptly supplied updated proof of insurance and Georgia tax ID when requested. I even contacted their insurance agent directly -- and everything checked out. The work itself was impeccable. The team completed the job in a single day, and when an unforeseen issue arose involving prior water damage and a punctured ceiling, they didn't hesitate to return and make flawless repairs. They were honest about the additional work needed and followed through with care and professionalism. I also want to highlight Amber at headquarters, who was absolutely wonderful -- always accessible, helpful with payment options, and quick to assist with warranty documentation and any questions I had. The work they did was first rate - - BUT - there's always a but. In their correspondence with me they promise a $100 referral for any business you send their way. With my recommendation, two of my neighbors used Total Pro Roofing. I have confirmed with Amber Reeves that my neighbors did indeed say I referred them and I asked for my $200 referral bonus. After several phone calls with Amber and an equal number of promises that she will confirm my check being sent, all I get is excuses and now she won't return my calls. With the lack of response on their behalf, I am now concerned about any warranty work being done should it need doing. I hope their warranty department is better than their referral promises. read more

We had total pro roofing install a new rolled roof 2 years back. As soon as the roof was installed, with the very first rains, we had a leak in our master bedroom which messed up our custom ceiling. Total pro had messed up the work by taking a short cut on missing the installation of the underlayment. They took the responsibility and fixed the problem in spite of messing up our valuable custom ceiling. We did not post a review accepting the fact that they took the responsibility as it immediately happened after their installation. However, after 2 years of their installation (they claimed to offer 5 years of warranty), we again have a leak in their new roof which was verified by 2 other roofers. This time they did not even bother to come and verify the leak which was from their horrible installation and completely denied fixing the roof. They have completely screwed up our custom ceilings. So whoever has total pro roofing install their roofs, please beware. They will claim to do a good job initially but will not stand behind their warranty neither will come by to see the problem. Matt Covington was able to squeeze me in on such short notice and thoroughly went through the contract and process with me. They kept me informed all the way through. He kept in constant contact with me letting me know when materials were being delivered, what time the crew was arriving, who was in the crew and was available if I had any questions throughout the process. In only ONE day, they replaced our entire roof, working in such synchrony. It was fascinating to watch them throughout the day. I am so happy and pleased with my new and beautiful roof. Total Pro Roofing did a good job installing my roof, however while installing they pierced the suction line causing my unit to loose freon and damaging my compressor. After reaching out to them they explained to me it is not their fault and I need to contact the builders. My house was built in 2001, building codes changes every year. They refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, I cannot recommend a company like this to anyone. I got a new roof, but in return I'm out of an AC unit...they got paid while I'm left in the heat. read more

Everything was great! Samuel Kendall with this company is the best. He is friendly and care about giving the best service as possible. We have two homes and had a new roof put on each one. Beware homeowners of Total Pro Roofing, LLC _ Stay away from them!!!!! On July 2, 2019, I service person by the name of Dakota came to my property. He "did not" assess the situation for my leak. In fact, he kept saying it's not 110% to stop the leak, and he repeatedly mentioned $150.00 for hot glue to seal nails. Now he was inexperienced and didn't know anything about roofs. First of all, he was supposed to look in my attic because the roof is asphalt, and water can travel lateral. He didn't do that, he appeared unsure the whole time. It was the worst experience ever. Do not use this company because they will send inexperience workers and he kept saying there's no guarantee, which means they "don't stand' behind their work. They owe me a refund!!! They made all the insurance paperwork really easy and took the time to explain the process to us.
