I tried the Keto meal plan and while a couple things were too bland for me (I chalked it up to, hey, it IS Keto!) the majority of the food was pretty yummy. The food was not bad, granted I only tried 2 of the meal types, although a but overcooked for the money. The biggest problem is everything else: the website sucks and is very glitchy and didnt answer my questions about delivery times. I had to sign up for friday deliveries via email/text chat. When the delivery came, it was very early on friday morning and by the time i woke up to find it, the tiny piece of gel ice pack was all warm as well as my food. This is july in florida and compared to all the other delivery companies Ive tried they only added 1 gel pack! Very cheap considering they expect the customer to put out the bag and ice every thurs night! You would think with the 1st delivery they could at least give you two! This lack of concern for the well being of my food pissed me off and i asked to cancel after that. Anyway, me being out of town mon-thurs this arrangement does not work for me. Also the fact that the friday delivery included only 2 different kinds of meals. Jet fuel meals was OKAY. I ordered 10 keto Meals and I only enjoyed 5/10 meals. I felt like I could have made these meals at home. Bright side: I lost 7 pounds being on this diet for 2 weeks, so I was close to my ideal weight. Another positive is that customer service was friendly and quick to respond. Downside: food was alright. I didn't really enjoy all the meals. Maybe because I got keto???? The classical Meals looks good but keto wasn't that great. The food here is pretty good. I'm not a fan of their scrambled eggs because they're just over done and you really can't have eggs that have been made a while back. But everything else is pretty good. The bad thing is they can't get our order right. It took about a month to finally iron it out. In their defense, we did have about six people with different needs.
