READ THE REVIEWS FIRST From the beginning the owner was very unprofessional and condescending. He did point out that he didn't raise his voice and he did not but providing quality customer service is more than your voice levels. His instructions were consistently unclear and although he asked us to meet him 15 minutes early he himself could not be on time. I didn't love that he gave me 3 different prices (weird) when I tried to take photos of the jetskis he yelled at me and told me I was messing up his process. I was trying to prevent what I saw in many other reviews stating that he would use old damage to get more money. When handed my life jacket he said "hope it fits it's our largest size..." just call me fat buddy since you're already on a roll. At this point I was l ready to let the situation go and have fun on the water Seth surely couldn't steal that from me could he? WRONG the jetskis themselves seemed really old.. like were paying $400 for clearly previously damaged jetskis. Well as I was ready to end my hour the battery died and left me stranded in the water. He just kept saying " I f***** up" buddy you did that when you started this business that you clearly hate. In the process of trying to get me back on shore he flips me off the jetski (not sure if it was intentional he clearly didn't like me from the beginning). So I'm out here stuck in the water hoping he can bring me back in. He then demanded a random man he didn't know to take me back (thank god) he even yelled at this poor man who was simply trying to help me. And after all this couldn't even look me in my face and apologize for the inconvenience. He did however call my friend and offer her a free hour (not me how sweet) as if we would ever go back or recommend him to anyone. I'm amazed we weren't offered any kind of refund for this day that was supposed to be fun but got ruined. Truly the type of man you hope doesn't have a wife or kids at home to talk to like that. Be alert, a fraud company! The man on the phone claimed that we did not sign the online waiver ahead of time. They no showed and charged on my credit card. We knocked on the door... it was closed... no signage of a jet ski business... the business was located on a first floor of an office building complex, not anywhere close to water at all. Sounds fishy, isn't it? Maybe it was one man runs a website and marketing. He sends business to jet ski vendors. Major scam, avoid them. The fact that they only accept cash when you arrive is an obvious reason they will take your money, give you a faulty machine, then tell you NO REFUNDS. We came in March 2022, we rode for 10 minutes before the warning alarm went off and we turned around. He was reluctant to return our money, but kept our deposit. He did not want us to continue complaining in front of the other customers. The jet skis are all banged up. A lot of the photos on their Google page are stolen images from the internet. Update** I only called 4 times. 1st time was to ask if they had time to do a rental, when I was told to wait over an hour to call back which would've been past their close time. (How convenient) 2nd time was to find out where this place is cause if you use google maps, it takes you to a dead end of houses for sale. They denied my call. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! 7 weeks later, they are still fraudulently trying to charge me for a service the DID NOT provide!!! I booked after 9 pm the day before my jet ski rental. Got down there 1 hour away to arrive at a park which was listed as their address. Attempted to call multiple times as I arrived 30 minutes but could only leave messages. I wasn't called back until 15 minutes after my scheduled with the first statement being a lie, "We tried to call you multiple times with no answer because someone got into a wreck with our jet ski last night and it can't be rented because it need s repair." I had NO MISSED CALLS NOR ANY TEXTS from them. Now since they closed by 9 pm and already knew they couldn't rent the next day, THEY SHOULD HAVE shut down their reservation system so I could not have even booked something that wasn't available but of course they took my money the night before. They then wanted to charge me cancellation fees for THEIR cancellation and would only give me a partial refund or unless I just rebooked. I saw prior reviews with the same last minute cancellation reasoning and refund problem and should have avoided them. My credit card refunded me my full amount for their initial fraudulent charges and now 7 WEEKS later here they are again fraudulently re-charging for the additional fees for "THEIR CANCELLATION." read more

Reporting this company for fraud. They took our money. Never sent an email or text with their physical location. (The website will point to a bogus address off Mockingbird by Clear Lake). And, never bothered to call us. I called them several times before someone called back. They tried to pull a fast one by saying we didn't meet the requirements, BS, and sent us info after called them. After letting them know I am an attorney and will be reporting them for fraud, they refunded all but $60.00 which they say us a non refundable fee for us not showing up. I have been coming to this place growing up and this individual must be new and needs to sent back to elementary to be taught some basic manners! Customer service skill negative a billion. They have a whole information line which states can have any amount of riders and the info states the price of jet ski is per jet ski and not per person per time. We scheduled our rental for 10am for 2 hours. We were later told that we would have to postpone to later in the day due to weather even though the radar didn't indicate bad weather at the time. Then, we were told that they were short-staffed. We were later told that the guy had a new infant and couldn't find a babysitter even though he found a way to bring the infant along with him at the rescheduled time. The guy was also rude on the phone several times as he tried to reschedule us for a time that was not convenient for us. We ended up taking the jet ski out for only one hour because we didn't have time to stay longer. He was nice to offer us a credit for the unused hour, but when we came in 10 minutes late because we got lost, he refused to honor the credit he offered. Also, meeting a guy we don't know in a parking lot away the dock seemed a little sketchy. There was a lot of secrecy behind the meeting location. When we couldn't find the text with the meeting location, we called to confirm where it was. The guy told us the wrong meeting address, and if we hadn't finally found the text, we would not have even found the meeting place. I would not recommend using this company again based on our experience. read more

Awful customer service. They do not meet you at their place of business. They first meet you at a parking lot, not theirs, then they take you to a subdivision park to unload the jet skis. Seth Luna, the so called owner, advised us several times that if anyone (HOA or law enforcement )asks who you are to let them know you are "guests" or thinking of buying property there. Well, you win some and lose some. My family and I definitely lost some with this experience. We were in Houston for just a few days and my 12-year-old son was dead set on renting JetSki's. Called around and this company seemed reputable and reasonable. Far from the case. Met in some sketchy business area, followed him to a private boat ramp, and he launched us with some instruction. Broken lifevests, old beat up JetSki's. He launched us and instructed us to go very slow in the no wake zone before hitting clear lake. As we were idling along in the no wake zone, saw him in his truck and trailer leaving the area. As soon as we were out of the no wake zone, throttled up to learn that one of the skis had no juice at all. TopSpeed about 15 miles an hour the other ski that we rented top speed about 25 mph, 25 mph not really what we were looking for but I totally understand a rental JetSki being governored down for safety. The 15 mile an hour JetSki was a joke, though. Totally disappointed. We rode our hour, swapped around to have equal exposure on the good ski, and then returned the skis as directed. I informed the owner as soon as we saw him that one of the skis had no juice at all. Without hesitation, He informed me that he would refund me for that rental. I thought, great! Left the issue alone, chalked it up to bad luck. The following day, noticed that my credit card had only been credited the deposit, not the refund for the bad ski. Called the owner, he informed me that trash was sucked up in the intake, and that it was my fault, and I should've been charged even more for the repair. I don't mind paying for things that I break. I don't mind for paying for things that I use. What I don't like is getting ripped off and that's exactly what happened with JetSki Houston. read more

BEWARE!!! The owner of the business, Seth Luna, brings a dangerous dog with him on deliveries. During our rental on July 6, 2019, his pit bull attacked my black lab unprovoked. He refuses to accept responsibility for his inability to control his dog and the damages it caused.
